So I decided to let a spider live instead of killing it cause I'm afraid of them . Anyhow come to find out I finally got some really good pics it's a couple of BROWN WIDOW SPIDERS and had laid a few egg sacs but due to my kids I had to get rid of them . It sucked I didn't want to but als9 didn't want to risk the kids. Ofcourse it's the one spider I was like it's ok let it be because i watch your videos lol 😆

It is a little baby, around L5-L6 I would say? It is super cute! :D

Hi kat where is the best placement for the jumping spider to be situated .I keep moving mine to the window and then back under led light . Do we need heat for them ? Uk
Those prototype house encounters would be cute! Still needs the sliding door like the standard treehouse enclosures though. That’s the best part about those! It’s one of the only enclosures that’s door doesn’t disturb climbers webs when opened.
Exactly. I really, really hope they modify it. In the meantime, you could hold off on the substrate and use the enclosure upside down.

I’m sorry I don’t have any more! I sold them all the The Bugg Plug since they are better equip to handle shipping for weather conditions!
They are not hybrid, but mom was orange phase!

I was hesitating because I wanted the Bahamas jumping spider at the same time as the otiosus.but I missed out in the Bahamas, then the otiosus were gone too! 😱but looked again and there were some. Maybe some orders canceled. Been trying to get a Bahamas since last October. 😭my last otiosus just disappeared. It was a sling. I was bummed. It was so pretty 😍.

I dont know why but I thought the prototype was initially coffin shaped, especially since jumpers don’t tend to be on the ground, and now I want a tarantula Kat/cribs collaboration with coffin shaped enclosures 😅

A little late seeing this, but love your little jumpers and I love the new enclosure prototype. The peak at the top would be perfect them to make their hammocks. The only thing is I've learned I prefer a more hinged door about halfway down just because I can close the door quickly if I have an escape attempt (perhaps a mix of hinged and magnets if possible?). Ultimately, I love it and I want one or several lol. As always, awesome video.

I love arachnids, but I love bowser too. Reminds me of Greg's Turtle Haven, and my own experiences with the Commons in Oklahoma, that can get real big (Relatively compared to most.) and live pretty long.

I'm a newbie and I found or rather my cat found 😅 a jumping spider in my home that I kept. I have it in a small amoc box right now but im not sure if I'm doing something wrong cause it always seems scared.
