I just wanna say I absolutely love your channel! I used to have extreme arachnophobia but I forced myself to watch your videos to expose myself to spiders more. Which actually wasn’t as hard as I thought it’d be cuz the way you handle them & explain them made me gain such a huge respect for them. I’m no longer afraid & after months of watching your videos I officially have a regal jumping spider of my own! I just unboxed her yesterday & I named her Peach🥰 I’m completely in love with her!

Question: Which do I like better?
My Answer: for Jumping Spiders the one with the whole Face comes off. For anything that is bolty and skittish the one with the sliding window.

I just started watching your channel, and before, I was deathly afraid of spiders. Because of your content, I am actively researching how to take on a jumping spider, and my fear has shifted to curiosity. Thank you for what you do and for putting out the content you do.
By the way I recently discovered you and since then have become obsessed with spoods & your channel. Ordered my first 3 spoods yesterday. I have a feeling it won’t be long before I have plenty more. The slider door seems to get a bit of scratching from open and closing. That said, Tarantula cribs are the most elegant and functional T. enclosures by far.

Haha I was all ready to comment before I saw the Edit, but you already got it. I've found giving the very small Eresus babies too much room makes it harder for them to catch food, and sometimes even harder to find where they've decided to web. I like knowing where they all are too, so they're easier to check on.

OMGODDESS!!! Those tiny house enclosures are sooo frickin' ADORABLE!!! 😍 I would absolutely get these, however, I'm homebound and a heavy smoker so therefore I won't get what I want~jumpers and velvet spiders. I just don't want to hurt them with the smoke. So I'll live vicariously thru you and your channel!! Thank you for your videos, you're Awesome!!! 🥰
Just added three canopy understory enclosures to my cart for my c. Versicolor slings. I have about 80 phiddipus johnsoni slings finally coming out of the nest now.
Definitely gonna have to order the houses when my baby velvets are a bit bigger. Becoming addicted to them lol. Have 4 species right now.

i got an email from TC that they dropped new products and i IMMEDIATELY bought two little houses (and some small treehouses cus i love them) and they’re supposed to arrive tomorrow and i am JUST as excited about them to arrive as you are!! also i recently became a T mom, to 6 of them, and they’re all at least two inches and i have tiny baby spider fever. like i’ve been wanting a velvet spider since you first showed wednesday, but god every single time i see them i just die

I know you've mentioned tannins for Bowser before but seeing his cute face reminded me of it, and I was wondering what do that tannins in his water do for him? Is it just to keep his water nice n dark or does it help him? This video is adorable watching your tarantula cribs videos always makes me want to get one. My jumping spider is guarding a sac rn so I cant move her :( It's her second one, strangely enough she ate the first one, but she has kept this one for almost a week. I'll have to re-watch your jumping spider sling videos for tips since I'm gonna be a spood grandma lol

These new enclosures look great for jumping spiders, but I would say not so much for tarantulas. They barely allow for any substrate at all/: Super cute though

Yesss! I just saw these on their website a few days ago and I was hoping you’d make a video on them so I could see how big and cute they really were. My daughter caught some baby jumping spiders in our backyard (I believe bolt jumpers, maybe i5 and the other i8). I’m going to Repticon this weekend and hoping to come across some Jumping or Velvet Spiders for myself. 😬 So I need more than vials “enclosures” that I have made for them. I have some sling enclosures but the top lid doesn’t seem ideal for their webs/nest. I thought about buying the mini canopy enclosures for them but wasn’t sure if it would be worth it. But I’m definitely making an order today. 😍 I can’t wait for the canopy enclosures with the sliding to be released, I’ve been checking religiously because I NEED them for when the Jumpers are bigger and maybe even put my arboreal t-sling in one.

Lol iv already done a flat top canopy but the magnets were opposing each other so I used tape to keep it together lol kind of a pain but looks like they solved that

Oh man, I would have loved one of the smallest front opening houses for my new GBB sling. I've been looking forward to a molt or two to go up to something bigger and front opening.
She's quite fond of pretending to be arboreal and spending all of her time creating more and more elaborate hammocks up where she can touch the lid at all times with at least one little foot. And rarely ever touches the substrate, let alone burrow or hide. So having a top opening enclosure is disruptive for her and makes feeding a wee bit difficult.
It'd be worth the cost and having to add a little extra plastic strip to increase substrate depth a bit for fall safety, just to be able to open it from the front and concentrate most of the web anchor points in the back half

The one one that comes off completely may cause an issue with substrate falling out !!

Where can I go to find a Velvet Spider? All I have found is the African Velvet spider? Brown legs and black body. Is that what you have? Help please! LOVE the house-arboreal enclosures!!!
