I think Warriors are S tier. The deck is insane and Blade Knight invalidates the entire Flip Mechanic besides GK Spy. I'd go as far as saying its the best deck of the format game 1 (before siding)

I was actually thinking a lot about Earth Aggro and Warriors lately. I think you can make the argument that Earth Aggro might be better than Warriors now. I know this sounds crazy but hear me out. Earth Aggro deals with Gravekeeper Spy better than Warriors. Warriors have fewer outs for spies that are already out on the field. Warrior has: 1 Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke 1 Tribe-Infecting Virus. Earth Aggro has: 3 Goblin Attack Force 1 Tribe-Infecting Virus Maybe 1 Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke Earth Aggro deals with Chaos Sorcerer better. Warrior has: 1 Exiled Force 1 Tribe-Infecting Virus 1 D.D. Warrior Lady 1 Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning 1 Snatch Steal Earth Aggro has: 1 Exiled Force 1 Tribe-Infecting Virus 1 D.D. Warrior Lady 2 or 3 D.D. Assailants 3 Goblin Attack Force 1 Snatch Steal 1 Injection Fairy Lily if they have the life. Warrior outs for Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning are: 1 Exiled Force 1 D.D. Warrior Lady 1 Tribe-Infecting Virus 1 Snatch Steal Earth Aggro has: 1 Exiled Force, 1 D.D. Warrior Lady. 2 or 3 D.D. Assailants, 1 Injection Fairy Lily if they have the life 1 Tribe-Infecting Virus 1 Snatch Steal That's just against Chaos Turbo. We know Earth Aggro already has a huge advantage on Warriors game 1. But it's even worse in game 2. If the Earth Aggro player just puts some Kinetic Soldiers in, Sakuretsu Armors, and/or Smashing Grounds, I think it's unwinnable for Warriors. Remember, Kinetic is a target for Giant Rat and is an Earth Monster for Gigantes fuel. Earth Aggro can still set D.D. Assailants game 2 and 3. The Warrior player most likely sided out their Nobleman of Crossouts, and yet, the Warrior player still has to respect each set. Which will either be a D.D. Assailant (their better monster gets banished), Kinetic Soldier (Warrior player is going to take huge damage), or even a flip monster. Against Burn, Warriors have less Dust Tornados than Earth Aggro in game 1. Warriors also run 3 Solemn Judgments game 1 which is really bad against Burn. The only real monster that can attack under Gravity Bind and Level Limit - Area B is Mystic Swordsman LV2. Earth Aggro has Mystic Swordsman LV2 and Injection Fairy Lily to attack under those floodgates. It plays no Solemn Judgements and mains 3 Dust Tornados unlike most typical Warrior lists. Warriors struggle post-side with keeping good lights/darks monsters for BLS fuel. They usually side in King Tiger Wanghu, Mobius the Frost Monarch, Kinetic Soldier, Amazoness Archer, or an extra Mystic Swordman LV2. This means lots of dark monsters are cut. Such as Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer and Don Zaloog. The only decent dark monster left is Breaker the Magical Warrior. Earth Aggro could even side in Des Wombat or even Gyaku-Gire Panda. That’s very sound logic and I agree on every point. Earth is so criminally underplayed. The amount of earth cards in general that are completely busted is insane. Wombat, Amazoness, big shield, wanghu, IFL, on and on and on. Answers for everything. It’s a crazy toolbox deck❤

Earth Aggro can push far more damage far more quickly and can steal games out of nowhere where Warriors can't. Where the difference really comes in is games 2 and 3. Warriors loses so hard in the side to so many decks; so much so that it has begun pivoting into more and more flip monsters post side. I side 3 Royal Decree in Earth Aggro and have found insane success. So many players rely on their Sakaretsu Armor, Raigeki Break, Ring of Destruction, Mirror Force, and Torrential Tribute to keep aggro decks in check. It's why Warriors gets blown out post game 1 to most Turbo decks now who are also bringing in cards like Zombyra. Earth Aggro deals with ALL of that better. I agree with nearly every point you made here and think Warriors are very much overrated.
It's worth noting that in a tournament setting if a Goat/Chaos Control duelist knows they are facing a burn deck then they won't be activating Scapegoat willy-nilly or generally at all. They should then also be siding them out after game one. Warrior having a "phenomenal" matchup vs Panda Burn depends on how much each duelist is prepared for each other and if the Panda Burn duelist knows how to properly side deck for the matchup. There's four different competitive Rescue Cat based decks with Cat Burn being the most viable in my opinion. The other three have made 2nd or 1st place in recent tournaments, Earth Aggro Cat, Cat Control and Cat (pure otk, no burn). When it comes to Cat Burn I consider there to be very few flexible slots in the main and side. If you deviate even a little bit from an optimized list then you are going to run into too many inconsistencies. The right list with a solid player is scary. I've played Economics loads, nice to see it on the list. There's several cool ways you can build you side deck with it.

Echo you gotta lock your door next time :D How do you yall feel about about a deck w/: Spirit Reaper x3 + Crush Card + Deck Devastation Virus (combine with lvl 6 zombies or Giant Orc) Pyramid Turtle x3 + RyoK/Vampire Lord/CoV Giant Orc x3 Book of life x3 + Graceful Magic Staples, Pot, Duo, PreM + DD Assailant + Earth stuff like Lei Lei, Drilloid (kek) + Goblin Attack Force with the RotA + Spiritual Earth Art - Kurogane, so get what you need if a warrior like DD Assailant has been thrown in the graveyard. This can combine with Book of Life and or troll people when they attack into defense position Goblin and you bring out a new one. Staple traps, Mirror, CotH, Trap Dust Idk don't judge too hard it's some ideas that I'm playing with
Its crazy how slept on reasoning/gate is. It's the highest ceiling deck in the format, and you can use the engine for pretty much anything. I'm on a cyber stein/horus build and it consistently ends on negate/floodgate boards that also otk.
Im glad Tim convinced me to rate it pretty highly because without him in the video i would have put it at B tier at best, but he has more knowledge about decks in goat
just a mental note: The card bottomless trap hole is a very cool side card against earth aggro because it removes a earrth from grave and hurts the normal summon strategy.
Even if i hate to say it, but i think Empty Jar deserves to be much higher. Sure it's inconsistent as fck, but it also won some big tournements, which pretty much all the decks in C and B never managed. It's way better than Library FTK imo.
