    I called a year ago about this system and they said they weren't producing them! I live an hour away so it was my first choice.

    So why did they put the Gen 15 feet in the air? Nedlands and others have them lower. For anyone whos' not 7 feet tall that has to be a nightmare to refuel. Nothing like breaking out the 5-foot step ladder at the gas station to fill it up.

    • @MAXCODumpsters

      I use the bed of the truck to refuel, but you’re right. It’s certainly not the most ideal placement.

    I have the same trailer 2021 just replace the chassis broke in half right where it meets the side tool box, never overloaded my maximum weight 5 tons, Texas Pride doesn’t give warranty on chassis, cost me $3500 to replace new chassis and all they did to re-enforcement is a small steel plate on the inside rail, probably going to break again, they have had more than a few trailers break from the same spot but still won’t own their responsibility, 🤷‍♂️ I wouldn’t purchase another trailer from them.

    how many feet long are the rails ? how much weight can you pick up max load ?

    • @MAXCODumpsters
      @MAXCODumpsters  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      The rails are 16’ and can hold 12’, 14’, 16’ cans properly. 18k trailer rating - roughly 6,500 lbs actual weight trailer is about 11.5k lb capacity before your dumpster. Depending on size and quality a dumpster may be anywhere from 2k-6k lbs or so. With my truck and under CDL I’m about 17k lbs with a 15 yard dumpster. Gives me about 4.5 Tons of legal weight before an upgraded license is required, but the trailer would hold a bit more from a build ratings standpoint.

    • @MAXCODumpsters

      Generally speaking anything 30 yard or bigger should be on a 20’ rail and a high GVWR set up. A 16’ long 25 yard dumpster is 6’ tall, a 30 would be 7’ tall and a 40 yarder would be 9’ tall! I’ve seen guys with 7’ tall dumpsters, but I’d say to keep it 6’ or less. 👍
