- F-16AM is the new Belgian Falcon in France Air Tree. It's an excellent aircraft with an ability to carry up to 6 AIM-120A AMRAAMs. It was pretty fun to record it for your pleasure!
The only drawback that I can point out is the fact that F-16AM does not get Radar HMS, which does put it in some disadvantage compared to US F-16C.

No HMD PD, missing its MAW, its optional pylons countermeasures don't work... Gaijoob can't even make a copy paste vehicle
Targeting pod thermals in pvp don't work either, I noticed equipping the countermeasures duplicates the radar? it shows TWS twice and locks multiple planes at once. Also noticed the cockpit lcd screens both show the radar, but in test drive, the right lcd screen has the minimap. Amazing :)

Germany could actively get Swiss, Canadian, or Polish vehicles added. They didnt and never will need yet another nation added to them

@acecfa44 The A model hornet could've been added for months. Aim-9M and Aim 7M only. If we don't get the C model hornet next update I think I'm gonna scream but Gaijin hates to add multiple equally good vehicles per update in a single nation. They shouldn't have done the F15C this update, it should've been the Hornet

Adding vehicles and not a nation just to pretend they don't need it? The german air is a sad joke from 8.7 to who knows WHEN they will get the Typhoon. They need other nations air force to fill those.gaps.
Germany doesn't need a sub tree for low tier vehicles, only for top tier vehicles. The f4f ice is garbage, while the mig 29G is good, it can only carry 2 r-27ers.
Kws is beast in ground rb with 11.7 br, decent ground striker and best anti air
@@vipvip-tf9rw I was talking about mainly air rb, not ground rb or cas. The f4f ice has good missiles, but terrible performance and speed if you compare it to other jets it faces. It would probably be good at air sim.
29G was good for 1 patch, went ok-ish with "Air Superiority" and bad with "Seek and Destroy"
Only hope? Swiss F-18? Danish F-16? Dutch F-16? motherfuckin POLISH F-16?
dutch f-16 is a no since they added benelux to france, danish f-16 would make more sense going to sweden since there already are danish vehicles there

All I'm saying is that there's wiggle room there.
Polish f-16 is possible due the the Leo 2PL's existence

France really didn't need this, even as a french player I actually hate gaijin for diluting our tech tree cuz it would just be an excuse in the future to deny better addition that actually belongs to France
I think it's nice to help fill out the French tree more, give some alternate options. Also I think more important will be the ground tree. The French ground tree needs a lot of help. It's literally just Lecrecs at/above 10.0

the reason france got this is so that they can get the F35 in the future, at least I think thats why
This is good for the french air tree because otherwise Mirage 2000-5F would be the only competitive top tier option for france unless they gave the Mirage 4000 the 14 MICA’s it would have had if it entered service. I absolutely love the new belgian vehicles because now i can get an F-16 without grinding an entirely new tech tree because i just play france, let alone the most competitive F-16 in the game.
They could have added only benelux vehicle, and add cool thing like mirage III V@@codyfox2876

Since (as far as i understand) at least some Belgian units are integrated into French command chain it makes sense to give them to France but Dutch units are integrated into German command chain. Dutch also operate F-16s.
So I think we could have had our cake and eat it too. Germany could have had F-4 ICE as intresting and novel thing, France can have had Mirage with MICAs and both could have meta F-16s with AMRAAMs. Belgian for France and Dutch for Germany.
But that is not what John Gaijin chose for us so...

There is no 'integration' between french and Belgian forces... Neither ate Dutch battalions integrated into German ones. These integrations are NATO force-ready pacts: the Netherlands still has full control over how, where and when to deploy its forces.
Then you have the Benelux defence cooperations as well: the shared Admiralty of Benelux, the shared air space patrols, shared air lift brigades, shared biological, chemical and nuclear defence, artillery partnerships, etc.
At most the Germans could get the modern Dutch armoured equipment at top tier, but speaking for a sub tree perspective the Germans don't have room for any subtree except for some single-off top tier vehicles.
Btw, Benelux has now been confirmed for France and the Netherlands had been disallowed for Germany by gaijin for some time now.

@@jean-philippebobin3732 the majority in switzerland speaks german, they use leo2a4s, train with germany from time to time and with austria a lot and most other equipement is either us made or from the north such as the cv90
@@cube3207 langue has nothing to do with the game the polish don't speak german and the Swiss had only imported French and american planes, plus all the light they had like amx13 and other before the 2a4
@@jean-philippebobin3732 Gaijin has put switzerland ther for a reason, yes they may have used a few french vehicles back in the cold war but the majority of the vehicles and equipment are us, swiss made or german. And maybe language doesnt play a huge part but it’s still important apparently like you see with benelux.

If you're asking about thumbnails, I use nvidia ansel to get screenshots of the planes in replays. I usually take 3 shots per thumbnail - the main one with a plane, one with green screen filter enabled, and the final one with only background. Then I remove the plane from the main one, add motion and general blur to it, and add back the green screened version of the plane.
not because the flags share the same colors it should be in German tree. should be either French or Dutch, but theres no Dutch tree :(

Hey man, do you wanna get together sometime and do some BVR-WVR experiments?
We start the fight at altitude(25-35,000 feet) and around 50 miles separation and see if we can make it to the merge. I want to see what works and what doesn't and how real tactics translate to the game. I would like to eventually get 8 people doing 4v4 but for now I'm just looking for one competent player.
I know it's a little odd asking through comments but I don't think TH-cam has a DM system. I'd ask any rando to do it, but I'd really like someone who actually knows what they are doing, understands aviation terms, will benefit from and utilize the knowledge gained. Germany would never get the F16AM lol its a belgian vehicle, belgium is super close to france culturally linguistically ethnically etc., far closer than to germany. It wouldnt make sense for germany to get it, at that point why not give it to italy?
The Dutch operated basically the exact same F16. They should have split the BeNeLux tree and added The Netherlands to Germany

Honestly Germany would be kind overpowered if it got the benelux tree. Considering the one thing that Germany lacks is a good top tier cas because adding brimstone missiles would be too overpowered. 20km+ range and it is has an active radar homing seeker. This missile can be used on the tornadoes and eurofighters. Either way too overpowered even with the laser guided version which allows the user to fire it 20km's away out ranging all sams while having the capabilities to essentially stay completely away from the battlefield. So by giving Germany the F16AM, we would basically make Germany one or if not the one single most overpowered tech tree. While it lacks in other areas such as good hull armor on the strv 122's, it makes it up with sheer firepower. I hope that Germany never gets a sub tree simply because it does not need it.
So don’t add brimstone missiles with it.
