Goliath Short Valve Duct

Goliath short beta R1. This is not using the standing post. Didn't have the CAD for it, so omitted. May add later a different revision.
There are 2 revisions here.. the narrow duct, which does not perform as well, and the wider duct.
Needs testing and feedback!
Made for 18mm I.D. CPAP hose!
