All I know that slow reps helps us to build more tension and better mind muscle connection, and often leads to quick mental fatigue, I don't do it most of the times but my reps are not much fast, it's moderate pace and slow,, and it depends on my exercise requirements. Correct me bro, if I am wrong

Light weight+ constant tension is done to get the pump( a lot of blood flow in that area). This is done to get the steroid rich blood in the muscle for more growth. The same strategy is not applicable for naturals.

I do this on bicep and chest day, going slow, maintaining time under tension, never knew it is a pro thing 😅

You are right, slow reps cant be used all the time. I usually use them when Im training in medium rep ranges.

RDL with light weight after squats are fine. It’s the heavy deadlift right after the squat that can cause problem. So don’t worry
