    When i used to go 6 days a week in gym. I used to do single part a day.
    And i was busy for months. And went 3-4 days a week. I did push pull legs to train all part in less days.
    Both are effective.
    So choose as per your schedule

    • @bigmanrockin7327
      @bigmanrockin7327 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes bro, the eccentric part and the concentric. It’s not a new study. It’s there since many years!
      Focus on full ROM and stick to basic movements. Ie Push, Pull, Squat, Hinge(dead lift), Lunge, and Carry(carrying loads and walking).

    • @मृदुलशर्मा
      @मृदुलशर्मा ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@bigmanrockin7327 I am talking about the study where partial reps in stretched position caused more muscle growth compared to full range of motion and partial reps in contracted position.
      You can watch Jeremy Ethier's video on this topic.

    • @bigmanrockin7327
      @bigmanrockin7327 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@मृदुलशर्मा yes bro, concentrics are contracted and eccentrics are relaxed phase of a skeletal muscle. Focusing on eccentrics will have better results indeed. Due to stretch receptor response to muscle tear. Full ROM rep aids better than Partial rep for sure!

    Short answer : consistency matter not split

  • @aniketpanhale784
    @aniketpanhale784 ปีที่แล้ว +8

    How to know if you are a intermediate or advanced lifter
    Depends on : 1)consistency(nutrition+training)
    2) muscles gained and strength acquired
    In terms of how much you can lift i would say
    If you can do
    60-80 kg overhead press
    100-120 kgs bp
    140 kgs squat
    180 kgs dead
    Then you are somewhere between an intermediate and advanced lifter
    Because getting to this numbers requires time and consistency!
    This is not ultimate and not 100% true
    It will definately vary in individuals , but i said this for a vast majority of lifters !
    Hope it helps !
    Stay strong ❤

    I have been training from last 8 years. I tried push pull leg for first year then tried split workout. Split was fail so I changed that to 4 day s schedule and it gave me result. I am stick to that for nearly 6 years and I always progress and for sure I can only notice after a year as it is just a minor change.
    I respect your videos and will make sure if I come to India, will try to meet up.

Or jo tm 4 split batao ho charo me same hi hoga.😊

    Hi Akshay, appreciate your research based videos on fitness & certain fitness related myths. I have a small query on which you might provide answer. I did transformation during corona period & went from 102 kg to 68 kg by doing workout with bench & weights at home. It took around 8 odd months & I have doing exercise daily two muscle twice a week. Even with such a long tenure, I still feel pain in legs after my workout for next two days though it is not there with other muscles. I have tried all splits as you mentioned here but could not find solution. I exercise two muscles a day & then I take about half an hour of cardio including burpees, jumping jacks, mountain riders & then running over my home stairs.
    Can you please locate a reason for the legs pain based on your experience?
