  • I seasoned the Turk Classic Frying Pan 28cm to give it a jet black finish.
    [Seasoning overview]
    1. Peel off the sticker.
    2. Scrub thoroughly with cleanser.
    3. Wipe off the water with kitchen paper and put it on the fire to evaporate the water.
    4. Add grape seed oil to a depth of about 1 cm.
    5. Add scrap vegetables and salt (1 tablespoon).
    6. Stir-fry the waste vegetables until the moisture flies and they become crispy.
    7. Remove the waste vegetables and rinse with hot water.
    8. Wipe off the water with kitchen paper and evaporate the water on the fire.
    9. Heat over a strong medium heat and apply a thin layer of grapeseed oil.
    Ten. Cook evenly until the smoke is gone.
    11. When the smoke decreases and the oil dries, put it on a wet cloth and let it cool.
    12. Repeat 9-11 a total of 5 times.
    13. Heat over medium-high heat and apply a thin layer of grapeseed oil.
    14. Turn off the heat and let it cool naturally.
