    Just talking about my experience with the amino acid L-Tyrosine and its effect on my grey hair. Note that I wasn't looking for ways to reverse my grey hair, but I'm not complaining

    Can I just say that I SOOOO appreciate you getting to the point at the beginning of the video. Most content creators leave the main point for somewhere near the end. Because of this, I watched your video ALL the way through.

    I need this! My hair is going grey the past few years and I think stress, lack of sleep and vitamin D are main factors! My hair is naturally dark brown salt and pepper so I dye my hair a reddish brown and do root touch up every 6 weeks and I deep condition and use olaplex 3 regularly. I highly recommend Clairol grey solutions color it is a direct dye with minimal damage. I agree with dying a lighter color blend grays because you can go longer between root touch ups. Also avoid heat which further dries greying hair.

    Thank you for this video. I went on a strict low carb, IF diet, lost 30 lbs in 4 months but also lost about 2/3 of my previously thick healthy looking hair. I am 67 yrs old. I' went grey at age 24 & have colored my hsir for yrs. I've been using hairprint, a "natural" hair color for about 6 yrs. With the extreme hair loss in the last 2-3 months I have decided not to color my hair anymore. I will certainly do some research on this amino acid as I have been highly stressed about my 2.5 inches of silver-white roots ! My hair is falling out but still growing about 1 inch per month.

      Maybe look for a multivitamin and an amino acid supplement that has all of the different ones in it just in case there's other deficiencies as well. Just replenishing them across the board might be good. Good luck!

    If you want your hair soft and less fried, you can wash it less (maybe). Once or twice a week. Also, you can put some kind of oil in it, say, an hour before washing and let it soak. Or put some kind of oil in it and let it sit over night while you sleep. Olive oil, or castor oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, or what ever you chose. But, use organic.

    I don't mind grey hair, Chocobo.
    I rather can say I love it.
    It tells of experience and wiseness.
    Anyways, why is it considered with gray haired men are cool and women aren't?
    That's unfair and not acceptable, though it is some kinda common these days.
    Tom 😎

    • @chocoboasylum
      @chocoboasylum  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +7

      Oh hey Power Tom 😄
      I think the difference between men and women is that women are expected to look young and fresh and grey hair doesn't really match that. Also, going grey can be a long process with skunk lines (grey roots getting longer) that don't look very flattering. Men can just shave their head at some point and just let the grey hair come through. Most women wouldn't be able to do that
