Somehow Sinclair and 'fraud' seem intertwined... apparently not everyone has caught on
This may not be the cause for everyone but for me my grey hair is a result of chronic inflammation from autoimmune disease, whatever is causing inflammation your body will rob the melanocytes from your skin and hair and direct them to your vital organs as melatonin is a potent antioxidant, the body will prioritise. Address the inflammation, heal the issues and the white spots on your skin will gradually fade and your hair colour may slowly return. This is what's happening to me at age 60. I used to be a brunette, became blonde as I aged, now I have golden red pigments shining through my hair all over as my issues are healing up.
Have you tried the carnivore diet for a few months? I've talked to so many with autoimmune issues the past 3 years and its working for them.
that's really interesting. I'm 29 dealing with Hashimoto's and my hair start going grey, after start taking medicine for my thyroid some of my grey hair revers to dark brown again but it's start going back again to grey and now like 5% of my hair is grey while people in my family tend to going grey much later in life. thinking about diet changes instead of just relay on medicine.
stress is also causing inflammation in the brain and not only
@chrystale888 That is an interesting observation, if it holds up to scrutiny. About the proposed causal relation, I understand from your post that melanocytes would migrate towards tissue in need of melatonin, in order to produce the needed melatonin there. If melanocytes are allowed to return, they will produce melatonin in the skin, thereby effecting a return of color, is that a good summation?
Im suffering from inflammation as well and this affected my hair growth, texture, and color! 😢
Taking NMN ,Resveratrol & all the other supplements Sinclair recommends, for over 3 years. My hair continues to go gray. I've spent a lot of money that I really couldn't afford to do for Nothing!

Maybe make sure you're not taking a lot of zinc without copper? The thinking is that if zinc intake is too high, that causes the copper to drop. So would, theoretically at least, need to take or consume in foods more copper to correct the imbalance in the rstio of the two to correct the copper deficiency. (And too low copper is said to be among the causes or contributors to graying of the hair.)
Or more simply, if taking zinc supplements, just stop them or decrease dose &/or frequency - unless there's some bona fide reason that you need zinc supplements. Then might not need copper - and always need to be careful to avoid too much copper supplementation or can have serious problems!
Many started taking zinc during covid to help prevent against covid or other viruses taking hold. Possibly it's time to turn back the clock to pre-covid times and maybe just take during cold season or if feels like a cold is coming on or take just a couple times a week if not adequate in diet.
Some people have commented to various posts that the above helped them regain their hair color. No guarantee, but at least copper doesn't cost much and may even save some $ if you simply drop zinc.
Btw, some say to take Zinc and & copper at same time (& even make combo capsules containing both); others say to take them at separate times. Not sure which is right, or if possibly it doesn't even matter. Maybe try one way and if that works, great; if not, switch.
Probably best to just try a plan for a bit but forget about results until say 3 months later (sooner if bad results become obvious) and just enjoy life otherwise in the meantime. Cheers!
It's not necessarily for nothing. For all you know, you've slowed down the rate at which you're going gray. In reality, there's no way to know lol. There's no proven way to reverse gray hair. One of the main things you can do is to ensure you're not micronutrient deficient.
Lil bro probably hasn’t even used glyNAC, taurine, tyrosine or copper supplements 😂 get your knowledge up son

I think that stress is the main reason people get gray hair. One of our friends had beautiful hair and at one point he was so stressed out around COVID time. In less than six months his hair was white and he started losing his hair drastically.
How many doses did he take ?
Me too after COVID
Mine Is from stress, from my early 30's 😢. I'm 43 now. Lol so I don't cry😅
I started sprouting greys in my teens and was ~10% by my late 20s. I'm now 41 with 1% greys. I think was reversed my grey hairs is reducing stress, sleeping better, eating better, and intense workouts.
my hair started to grow a few strands of gray hair around the age of 13-15, it's true that it was caused by stress because at that time I was learning programming autodidactically. luckily the gray hair started to disappear after I left that hobby. Around the age of 25, the gray hair started to grow exponentially until now (age 30). I read that if gray hair is caused by stress and other factors besides genetics, it can be reversed by reducing or eliminating those factors.
Sounds strange but after going through chemotherapy at age 48 my hair regrew with very little gray hair. Not recommending cancer to get better hair but for some reason it worked. Now at 52 I have very little gray.
It sounds like your body had a successful "reboot". I hope you continue to stay cancer free! Also, it's important to do your best to stay healthy so you can improve your chances of recovery in case your cancer returns.
I appreciate you sharing your unique experience! It's fascinating how our bodies can respond differently to various situations. I'm glad to hear your hair regrew with minimal gray after overcoming such a challenging journey! Wishing you continued good health and vibrant hair at 52!
The cancer drug Glevec supposedly has restored hair color in some people (though not all). I can only guess at what mechanism causes this.
I’m currently taking the newer generation of Glevec. That’s probably it. That’s about the only positive side effect
That's so interesting. Wishing you the best in your health journey ahead @ryan-rn8gk stay well!

I read a long time ago that fo-ti puts a strain on the liver.
I just took the one bottle took a week off n went on my second then I’ll take a break but wow you should see my hair almost no grey hairs, I took a good brand solaray, I took Ashwagandha for the stress.. I take milk thistle for the liver.
I will take break from fo-ti & see what happens.

I had a high stress job and my hair turned grey. It stayed dark in the back. Of course you can look at family genetics...early greying on one side. Theres also a change ib the texture of the hair when it turns grey. Now retired and living a healthy lifestyle, so this interests me.
It always stays darker in the back...

@notaclue822 when you left that high stress job, did your hair turn back to its normal color? Or did it unfortunately stay grey????
@@LallanAlexHockstetter it stayed grey in the grey but the process has slowed down. Some parts remain dark.
I have been sharing the copper/grey hair wonder for many years since I first heard it from Dr. Joel Wallach. Nutty guy but the proof was always in the pudding. I'm nearly 58 and virtually no grey hair and for those I have suggested it to over the years, amazing results. 0:09 - DHT is getting high with age, which cases hair thinning on the head, but grow more on your body. The reason DHT is getting higher with age is because insulin is getting higher, and spikes of insulin are causing spikes of DHT.
you're right -higher insulin levels with age can lead to increased DHT, affecting hair growth and thinning. It's a complex interaction that underscores the importance of managing our diet and lifestyle to help control these changes.

Understanding Hair Growth and Aging
00:00 Hair growth shifts from the head to other areas like the nose and ears due to unknown reasons, possibly linked to evolutionary changes.
00:15 An evolutionary program from when humans were hairier could explain why stem cells still grow thick hair in unwanted areas.
00:27 Changes in the DNA structure, specifically the epigenome, are part of the aging process, leading to hair growth in unusual places.
00:41 This phenomenon is due to parts of ancient genetic code becoming accessible due to the unraveling of histones.
Actionables: Consider methods to slow down aging to prevent or delay such hair growth. -- Evolutionary program, stem cells, epigenome, aging process, ancient genetic code, histones.
The Reversibility of Graying Hair
01:10 Slowing down aging could potentially delay or prevent graying hair, which is accelerated by stress among other factors.
01:22 Stress is a known accelerator of both aging and graying hair, but recent research suggests gray hair might be reversible.
01:49 Epigenetic effects are responsible for the reversibility of gray hair, indicating a potential for recovery in early phases of graying.
Actionables: Explore stress reduction techniques and investigate early interventions for graying hair. -- Graying hair, psychological stress, epigenetic effects.
Hair Repigmentation Research
03:29 Research in mice using cyclosporin A, minoxidil, and a pigment promoting drug shows potential for hair repigmentation.
03:57 The compound tacus, similar to Romy (Camus), has been identified as effective in extending lifespan and inhibiting mtor, a protein complex responsive to fasting.
04:53 The combination of cyclosporin A for mitochondrial activity, minoxidil for improved blood flow, and a fasting-mimicking drug offers a promising approach for hair repigmentation.
Actionables: Monitor developments in hair repigmentation research for potential future treatments. -- Cyclosporin A, minoxidil, pigment promoting drug, tacus, Romy (Camus), mtor, mitochondrial activity, fasting-mimicking drug.
Future Prospects in Hair and Aging Research
06:00 Addressing aging upstream can impact individual aging-related problems, including hair issues.
06:26 Lessons learned from reversing skin aging and rejuvenating hair could apply to other organs, suggesting a holistic approach to aging.
07:10 The vision for future treatments includes pills that could not only make one younger but also regrow and darken hair.
Actionables: Stay informed about holistic aging treatments that could offer benefits beyond hair repigmentation. -- Aging pathway, skin aging, holistic approach, rejuvenating effects.

Interestingly, I started collagen for back muscle recovery; as a side effect, the lustre in my hair returned.
Collagen is known for its benefits to skin and joints, but it’s great to hear it's also brought the luster back to your hair. It shows how connected our body's systems are-what helps one area can often benefit another. Keep enjoying these surprising perks!
The soils have been depleted more so than stress has increased. Our ancestors used to be worried about getting eaten. All we worry about is what are they saying about us on social media?
As you age your cartilage weakens, so your ears and to a certain degree your nose enlargen (in men), your nose hairs grow to cover this space better, and this is the same reason your ear hairs grow, as they have a protective effects from sound

Can we just usd AI to do the testning ?? Do the millions experiment and so on?
Thanks for your comment! While AI can help analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and even suggest hypotheses, but it cannot replace the critical thinking and creativity of human researchers. Additionally, ethical considerations, experimental design, and the interpretation of results require human input. Therefore, while AI can be a valuable tool in scientific research, it should be used in conjunction with human expertise rather than as a substitute.
TACHROLYMUS How do I get it ?
Maybe inherited issues are hardest to fix, i lost 21 kg weight in 3 years not by starving but by changing diet and lifestyle, yea fasting worked as well. What i noticed my waistline didn't get down too much. From 44 inch to 38 inches this was maximum achievement. Accidently i got waistline from my father. Whole body got fixed but waistline fixed less. So hair color kept growing more and more gray. Accidentally this is also got from my dad. Mental health issues like depression, stress, anger also got from dad. But this is where meditation, yoga, helped. When medicines started to stop working.
So point is three problems i got from inheritance and hardest to fix. I think research on genetic or epigenetics diseases issues may solve lots of things in near future.
I was in a conferance where they spoke about this and they said it is NOT true.
I'm older than Dr. Sinclair and I have very little gray hair. Also my hair is past my waist. I think it's mostly genetic but I do take quite a few supplements daily & have for almost a decade so can't discount supplements helping.

After using NAC, my beard is grey now 😭😭😭
It's important to note that individual responses to supplements like NAC can vary greatly. While some people may experience changes in hair color, including graying, others may not. :)
there is a known correlations to this? didn't know about that
It removes minerals including copper
What is NAC

Dr. I have some problem about my hair transformation I'm from the Philippines teenagers but 35% of my hair are die or white, I admit that I'm stressed person because of school works and etc. now, what is the best supplements I can take to reverse my hair color and where I can able to buy it?
thank you!
Be aware that if you take anything that increases melanin production, freckles, age spots, and moles will become darker. If that doesn’t bother you, a peptide called Melanotan 2 darkens skin but also darkens hair. Along with the other things I mentioned. It’s pretty cool stuff though and very inexpensive.
I shave my beard and my hair in all places of my body- because I don't like hair and it is very practical when you are bald😄. A month ago I didn't shave my beard for 3 weeks or so and I noticed that some of my hair are already grey- I'm 42 years young😉. But yeah, stress does it's bad work not only for hair color, but for a skin too. And the food we take daily, the quality of food. We eat too much of refined food, too much of white sugar. And we don't sleep enough. That is what kill people and aging too fast. Greetings from Lithuania🌳🌲🌲
Hello !🌲 It's great to hear your thoughts on the impact of lifestyle choices on our bodies. You're right that stress, diet, and sleep quality can significantly affect our health, including how quickly we age.
@@vitalityviews And lets not forget about genetics- probably one of the most important things..).
Recently, I heard that UV radiation from the sun can damage the hair in addition to the skin. UVA in particular affects color. I wonder if also protecting the hair from the UV radiation from the sun ( ie wearing hats) can the melanocytes that give the hair its color can be rejuvenated ? Thanks for an excellent video. !
Thanks for your kind words! Yes, UV radiation can affect hair color and health. While wearing hats can protect your hair from further damage, it won't rejuvenate melanocytes already affected by UV exposure. However, protecting your hair moving forward is a great practice to maintain its health and color!
I like my grey hair...
now, if they could regrow my receded hair line, I would go for that
Great to be thankful of what u have! Agreed 👍 NMN can reverse the state of hair follicle atrophy, hair thinning, and hair sparsity induced by dihydrotestosterone (DHT)
My wife likes my silver hair. I think I'll keep it.
Bro looks lot younger that when he was 10years before ❤❤
And he is using on himself😊😊😮
Plastic surgery and botox.
So how do we get it ?
Yes we do know why hair grows in these other places, it’s the direct effect of the conversion of Testosterone to DHT. DHT being the more potent androgen kills the hair follicles on the scalp but its presence accelerates hair growth where we don’t necessarily want it. Plus this doctor has clearly coloured his hair, I’m a barber and I can see that obviously his hair is not natural. What a misleading podcast 🤦♀️
Yes this is quite none : testostérone >> DHT >> haïr loss. But maybe some of the products Sinclair is working on could help for that too.
This channel is certainly an innovative trend in the use of "fair use" concept. Well, I do not see any point creating my own content after seeing this channel, why bother, just take whatever you want from youtube, say it is fair use, and make it your working horse to sell stuff. It is a brilliant and I think I am gonna try doing the same.
For sure hé colours his hair
I have heard on 60 Minutes in 1985 that when a person is around 100 their hair turns to color again and they get a third set of teeth to replace missing teeth.I've had patches of white hair since I was a little kid because of a birthmark on my scalp. So I'm okay with more of my hair turning white. It's free bleach. I was tweezing the white hairs often. Noticing the switchers when a white hair would turn brown or a brown hair was growing where there were white ends. I don't think that white hair is part of the cascade necessarily but wrinkles and skin laxity are. Pills and creams don't help with laxity and wrinkles and make them worse. I stopped tweezing my hair because a whole shock of white hair came in.
We should help with child mortality around the world in places where kids are dying from diarrhea because their family can't afford a doctor or antibiotics or the doctor is too far and the family does not have transportation to reach a doctor. Also considering we aren't exactly going into a bright future. Consensus amongst the people knowledgable about resources are saying that renewables are not going to supply us with enough elctrical power and that we are in a decline of crude oil production, we are running out of fossil fuels.
The Moody Blues have a song about living beyond 1,000,000 years. Aubrey De Gray talks about living to 1,000. We need to think about people living in the most dire circumstances through no personal fault of their own not just some phoney inner circle where people just exchange platitudes and are self absorbed in the instagram influencers polluting the planet with their fast fashion.o
I'm really bummed right now because I am a children's author and Diary of a Wimpy Kid sold 290 million copies and Captain Underpants sold 80 million copies. I am wondering how much I am going to make from my epic story. Also there are no really good forums to be part of like there used to be in the 1990s. I enjoyed Cryonet. Reddit is superficial. Here on TH-cam I am discontented with the alarming trend in number of likes on empty comments.
Take whatever Sinclair says with a great amount of skepticism. Sinclair is a great actor.
how?
Smh. People's thinking process.
tell us why.
I’ve heard copper supplement can help. Anyone ever had positive effects?
Great question! Some people report benefits with copper supplements, but it’s best to consult a professional before trying. If anyone experienced any effects? Let us know :)
If premature greying is caused by genetics, is there any chance at all ti reverse it?
Premature graying can have a genetic factor, but lifestyle plays a role too :)
Hilarious thumbnail showing a picture of Sinclair with hair that is very clearly dyed LOL 😅
Big companies need to invest in new situation awareness technologies for the human body in order to see , trace and target genetic and cellular error in real time with the help of artificial intelligence and quantum computing
The most effective supplement I’ve used so far is Just For Men brush in hair dye. Good luck with all of that quackery.
And what about adding Melanin to the skin?
I had a hair chest transplant 15 years ago..none of the transplanted hair have turned grey, yet all the hairs from the donor are on my scalp have all turned grey. Why not transplant melonycytes from chest to scalp? Easy breezy cover girl.😊
Current research shows that aging can be reversed by adopting the clothing styles of teenagers. 😮
Or by polishing your black leather shoes.
Lol
Copper too
I don't support the pharma industry. Another video just said we are missing copper. So that is much easier to remedy.
Cirolomus can cause hair loss as a side effect.
copper deficiency was not mentioned .hmmm
Molasses reverse gray hair . Good source of coper.
@@nduodiaka-ph9sl yes,for sure,black strap molasses
Thank you DR, Sinclair for your research hope it will help us to reverse the grey hair, because mine started rapidly when i found out i was diabetic so can i reverse in now and supplement can i take.
I thouht MNM or NAD can help people to rejuvanate!
Does Sinclair dye his hair though?
Yes , no doubt
If it were only or even mostly stress there would be more old people with no grey hair. If many can make it to 40 without grey, a large percentage of those would make it to 80 too.
Your low copper, if you have gray hair
Drugs talk here could be 10 or more before available. In short term could do like doctor does and just get Botox, fillers and hair dyes.
This research is so fascinating. I am grateful for the real scientific research that is done on many aspects of health and longevity! 😊
i wish companys would make anti gray shampoos for woman
The only thing Dr. Sinclair can teach anyone is how to earn a lot of money fast.
Try Catalase Enzyme
Why reverse it?
The silver-haired head is a crown of splendor and glory; If is found in the way of righteousness. Old age with wisdom will crown you with dignity and honor, for it takes a lifetime of righteousness to acquire it. Gray hair is a crown of glory; it is gained in a righteous life.
I started cleaning my body and lost 10kg. My beard turned grey a little bit. Do I have a chance to turn it back?
what you did?
Hair is cool.
Why the music ? It's distracting.
yes, his hair looks dyed.
I need a cure for grey hair for people aged 45 and above years
While there isn’t a definitive ‘cure’ for grey hair, certain lifestyle changes and nutritional choices may support overall hair health. It’s always advisable to consult with a healthcare professional too. Try adopting these tips! :)

He colors his hair
Yeah, it looks like that to me too…
@@Paradys8 He already admitted it in one of his interviews. I thought people knew it.
I had a lot of grey hair and suddenly most of the roots grew black
Waiting for it hope still in me live time.
I've heard this story for 30 years. Dr Sinclair suspiciously has different hair shades in different videos. He might want to bulk-buy the same dye color. He looks like a 50-year-old man with hair dye. Although he clearly works out and good for him on that front.
I hear the word.drug we want something natural not.to be drugged would be my worry cause drugs cause harm.and side affects and could harm the immune system
It is known that that a higher red meat diet can reverse gray hair, at least to some degree. I had a noticeable decrease in gray when eating that way.
