This stuff is unbelievable. I’ve felt like crap for a few weeks, zero energy or motivation. I’ve only taken it for 5 days & feel so much better. Not even lying!! I take it with vitamin B complex too. I read somewhere that it was good to take both. Like you, I won’t take it forever but it helped me through the funk I found myself in.

This, young lady, is probably the best video of the practical effects of L-Tyrosine I've seen so far. So many other videos on this supplement seem to assume the audience are all biologists, and just bombard you with scientific speak to where you're wondering if they're speaking English at all. Knowing how my brain receptors function while releasing bla, bla, bla does me no good at all. I really just want to know what I might be able to expect if I take this supplement, how might it make me feel, and what are the positive and negative feelings I might experience. You most certainly delivered on that in spades, so kudos to you. WELL DONE!

But everyone is different. Not everyone go through the same experiences as you are with this supplement as everyone responds differently. One can only truly know once they take this supplement. These diary response videos are irrelevant in this respect.

The pulling and picking (Trich) will be stopped by taking NAC (I get it from Life Extension). Works 100%. I went from multiple beard patches from hair pulling to zero hair pulling in 2 weeks after starting NAC. It costs like 12 bucks a bottle -- take 3/day (1800mg).

I have been taking a pre-workout that has 250mg L-Tyrosine per serving. I have ADHD and found that the synaptic nerves in my brain were not making connections for me to think straight. L-Tyrosine is best with a copper supplement. It makes it more productive in the body and brain. Start at a low dose supplement because I did OD but not in a major way just was sleepy. That was my first time with a 750mg then took a quarter and then a half, over a span of 2 weeks. Then a whole. Love this stuff

Omg! You explained everything that I have experienced in the last 20 or so years. About 2 years ago my adult daughter actually mentioned that I appeared to have symptoms of ADHD and just this past weekend she actually sort of got on me because she noticed my attention/focus is getting worse. And I agree with her 100%, I left my career in January because of my lack of focus and anxiety that came from my lack of focus which turned into a lack of productivity. I been searching on getting diagnosed for ADHD, but saw so many negative side effects from taking Pharmaceutical medicines. I decided to order these and should be receiving them today. I can’t wait to try these! I have a few job interviews next week and look forward to actually accepting one of these positions because staying home for 6 months has made me more depressed and addicted to my phone more than ever. Thank you so very much for being so honest and posting this video, you are like a mirror image of what has been going on with me.

@@Lauren-vd4qe I took 1/ 500mg capsule a day and noticed it would keep me restless at night. I was very focused and did more in one day than I have in a long time. I decided to split the powdered capsule in half and only take 250 mg every other day. Seems to be working good, I actually sleep longer than my previous 3 hours per night. I now sleep about 6-7 hours. So that’s an improvement. My interviews went very well I thought. I was very calm and not as nervous as I would’ve been. So overall I think they improved my symptoms, I also don’t catch myself on my phone 24/7.

In Aust you cant buy N Acetl L Tyrosine at all. It has to come from the US. Ive ordered some and slow release 5-HTP which stack together to be a powerful brain Nootropic mix. i can relate to this girl and her anxieties......really appreciate your candid approach. All the best going forward!!

Be careful with 5HTP, it’s equivalent to taking SSRI’s (anti-depressants) just because it’s ‘natural’ doesn’t mean it can’t cause harm.

Before when use you must everything look what is way to good cosumated.
5HTP or Tyrosine use higher up to 3 months.
Apsolutly must together use 5HTP with Tyrosine but not both now.
Tyrosine in morning and 5HTP in evening in 1:10.Example 50mg 5HTP and 500 mg Tyrosene etc.
Not use only one long months because get down other hormon.
If use only 5HTP which is seratonin cursor you not have Dopamine and you go to depresion. If use only tyrosine which is cursor dopamine you not have 5HTP and hormon seratonine and you feel very bad.
You must get B6 B9 and D vitamines with cooper zink for absorbsien because if dont that use he is not get trough
      Blood bariere.
Be very cherfuly when use if you want to good result and not have some problem

Update: unfortunately it stopped working just a few days in. It was so sad. I am on a low dose of Sertraline. Never found a doctor who could help me through this, but I know they're out there. Don't recommend it.
Read that it’s best taken with 5-HTP at a 1:10 ratio for the best balance. So 100mg 5-HTP and 1000mg for L-Ty. It got me out of postpartum depression symptoms in a couple of hours! Freaking thing is amazing. Now I’m figuring out what I can do long term...

I am on alcohol discontinuation, being an alcoholic. I have been suffering the entire 32 days from apathy, sleep disturbance, boredom depression. I am always stressed out as well, related to a lot of things, minus the food thing I detest eating and already having a hard time feeding myself properly and only eat 2 meals a day. So I am considering this but worry of it making it even harder for me to eat.

    • @jfg1104
      @jfg1104 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

Do it! You won't regret it! It'll change your life!!!! You MUST take it with a "B Complex" vitamin, for the conversion. I used this after I discontinued opiates! Best decision ever. Also, being an alcoholic you'll want to take a Magnesium supplement, as well as L-Glutamate. L-Glutamate with help TREMENDOUSLY with you cravings for Alcohol/Sugar/carbs. Keep doing our research on supplementation post addiction. Yeah, but these 4 supplements are TRULY, HONESTLY game changers!! No bullshit! Good luck my friend! You got this!! BTW, I'm on my 5th year clean and I owe it all to supplementation/diet/Exercise.
