I was "friends" because I was still attached. He wanted to go to coffee but wouldn't follow through. Had my attention for free (my fault) I cut it off but would talk to him here and there. Before I watched this video, yesterday I told someone I was talking to that I did not want to remain friends. At first we were on the same page but then it started to become one sided. I knew the only reason he wanted to remain friends was because he wanted access to me. I know the value I bring and if he can’t see that, then there’s no reason for me to entertain any type of “friendship”.

There should be no exes as friends if you’re dating or in a relationship, it’s selfish and not fair to the current partner unless you share a child with the ex. You should not be friends with someone you had sex with in the past. I was left by two men who remained friends with their exes. They said they were just friends and would never go back. Guess what? I was friends with a guy, it started as a crush, he would follow me, shy away from me, then put me in friend zone, because I’m older than him, when I told him about my feelings or sending messages, he wasn’t too nice, and said I have to find another person who can reciprocate my feelings. When I walked away and unfriended him everywhere, he added me back again and apologized he was not nice or fair saying harsh words. It hurts badly, I hope to recover soon and let it go. I have been with my companion for a couple of years. Out of nowhere he just decided he didn't want to talk to me and wanted to be alone. However, there were red flags. After a couple of months of ghosting, he was on my fb page and texting here and there. My ex fiancé asked me to stay friends and I said no but he would stonewall me until I said yes even though I had so much guilt behind that answer. my ex broke up with me after i told him that i felt were not emotionally on the same page and he wasn't spending enough time with me, and if he eventually didn't i would leave him ( as i should, because i cant be waiting forever even if i love you a lot). He said he has a lot on his plate right now and that being friends until we get back together is what he wants RIGHT NOW (after i mentioned he isn't meeting my needs). He said he feels bad for doing that to me, but he had to do it because its selfish for me to feel neglected and sad because i don't see him often AND this is just what he wants NOW that i brought things up. I KNOW and understand that right now he has a lot going on, but i KNOW he also had ONE hour during the week for coffee or dinner... i wasn't asking for much, just a hour or two (beside the 5 hours he'd spend with me on Saturdays...). I don't think i was asking for too much, but he did, and THAT'S OK. He didn't even try before breaking up, so to me that means he didn't like/love me enough to try first before breaking up... he didn't try to see if an extra hour with me would be something he'd be willing to do UNTIL we moved in together, etc. and that's OK... he basically gave up (that's how I see it).... but its totally fine...just because i am able to work things out with someone doesn't mean they can or will too... i'm not so hurt anymore because as the days go by, i realize more and more that if he TRULY didn't want to lose me like he always said, he'd at least try... but again, i wasn't worth the try and that is OK because i'm worth it to ME and i don't need someone who doesn't see im worth it. AS long as i dong give up on my damn self, I'm GOOD. if you want to leave, then leave.
Me and my bf broke up yesterday but he wants to stay friends. He told me that he still have the place for me on his heart. We been crying in calls and it still hurt us till this days but i still want to make him happy even tho my heart shattered from that but Atleast i get to talk to him. i was crying and i keep thinking of him 24/7 i dont feel like eating or doing anything is to just only sleep in my bed so the pain will go away but it still hurts me i’m getting worried about him I literally keep giving him paragraphs so that he knows i still love him as a friend now. Me and him have some stuff going on in our life and i wanted to fix him like he did when i was sad I wanted to give him love that he shows when i was broken even tho me and him are friends now i wont stop supporting and loving him i be there with him when he needs me
Yes he asked me this when we broke up if we can stay friends but I completely shut it down yes I'm hoping to resume the relationship because I do still care you've been apart for 6 months hard I'm trying to stay focused I don't know what to do taking one day at a time

I can see that these ids are fake and recently made in some cases. I keep blocking them what it is becoming a nuisance for me. 🙁
