The boss got all nervous when she saw me eyeing that red paint. I almost want to swap the colors around on my MegaMoto but I really don't want to have to put it all back together haha.
I wonder how much the tyres slow it down? let's see how the difference a road tread of the same size effects the acceleration and top speed (along with Db?)
Next is a Stage 1. You won’t need to use a new carb; the stock one will easily let you see mid 50s or upper 50s with a header so long as you re-Jet of course. I had to rob one of my dead ‘80s Honda mowers for its emulsion tube to make it work … the Lifan 196’s stock emulsion tube won’t respond to a bigger jet. I may have mentioned sizes in the one video I made about mine awhile back. Be careful … those stock tires are nasty at speed as I’m sure you know. The smaller rear sprocket is one I’d do even without a top-end gain because most clutches or TC’s just grab too quick for wanting to poke around the yard smoothly.
I built a 223cc with the works for my RT200 and put 22" tires on it for a bit more squish... the torque keeps smoking clutches so Ill have to put a torque converter on it. I know you love the speed runs but it would be cool to see different high torque / lower speed builds for hill riding / off roading.
Nice bike, does it ride smoothly? Also, (and this is off topic but) do you think a 58mm crankshaft would fit in a 68mm block? I know that no one has done this (and posted it online) as of yet. I would say that it could work but the only thing that would need to happen is the piston would need to be milled down approximately 4mm and/or a shorter than usual connecting rod would need to be installed (if that’s even a thing). What do you think?
looks like they had the Master link on backwards... I know the link needs to face the direction in which it wont flick the retainer off if it catches on something... but here's a problem. the bottom of the chain does not travel as fast as the bike, in fact it often does less that 1/2 the speed of the bike, and it is exposed to whatever is on the ground. So when riding over sticks and other debris on the ground, if the link retainer is the way it is "Supposed to be" it catches on the debris and flicks off... so In that case it's better to have it backwards unless you like to spin the wheel while going over the debris!
Hey black66 I have a request after the b200 series I was wondering if you could get a 160cc Honda 5hp tiller engine and try to get it as fast as you can on a doodle bug frame?
Hey black, love your videos. I have a Coleman bt200x I have a simple gov bypass done and bigger air filter and previous owner drilled stock exhaust. I’m 200lbs and hit a top speed of 29mph. Anything I can do to make it faster?
I'm thinking a 400 cc all stock motor dirt bike carb on the 40 tooth in the near future And hopefully I can do a smooth 60 - 75 top with only a few mods such as springs ratio rockers and a cam with stage 2 muffler
Hey Black i bought a hyfrualic brake kit a little while ago for my storm 200 i have a mikuni carb and pipe on there im looking for break power do you know of any way to put that on a storm 200 i want to have it summer ready and fun safe riding.
I like the rear fender, much better than the fender on the mega moto 212. Do you think that the fender would work? I would leave it stock, you have lots of modified bikes already. 🎉
There are a few different models of this bike...There is the B200RSV which has front and rear suspension with a torque converter. The B200R has front suspension with a jack shaft and then the B200 which has front suspension and a torque converter and a couple of sub models.
Yes I'm taking off the header pipe for now..😂😂😂 and I'll be getting that 40 tooth sprocket and i have to put my stock carb back on and like I explained Before some reason my b200 has a jack shaft no torque converter I believe they work similar but the jack shaft won't allow me to go past 33mph. I by passed the governor switching link to carb housing

I have the b200 and I’m 290 or so atm..does great even going up hill to our neighborhood gas station/store..even with my 3 year old with me!! I’ve done non epa carb with main jet and header/muffler and zip tie..loving it will run it like this for a while and start buying parts for an overhaul during winter!!

Loving this series! Carb, exhaust, flywheel?
Check out the next few videos with this bike. I have a couple coming out back to back Wednesday and Saturday.
This man is the master of all mini bikes and mini bike channels. Seriously appreciate everything you do.
Thanks for watching the videos!
I'd say it's Nibbi Time! Kinda matches the bikes colors. Thx for the great content!
Love the content for the project & perfectly explained
And will stay tuned in
Loved the ride-along! Great show 🍻
Glad you enjoyed it!
Man I like these new Coleman bikes, might have to pick one up myself. Another great vid, can’t wait to see what all you do to it
Thanks! I have more videos coming out with this bike .
Pick one up asap!!
Just got one today. It’s awesome
Another great video I will be working on some of my mini bikes really soon 👍🏻
I just bought this and needed this video, thanks so much ❤

The boss got all nervous when she saw me eyeing that red paint.
I almost want to swap the colors around on my MegaMoto but I really don't want to have to put it all back together haha.
Thanks so much for that. I'll keep all these in kind while shopping these bikes

This is one reason why you will see that in most of the builds on the channel I don't use a master link at all.
Can I do the zip tie govener method with this model?
Hey black66 I have a request after the b200 series I was wondering if you could get a 160cc Honda 5hp tiller engine and try to get it as fast as you can on a doodle bug frame?
Did you drill out the holes for the 3 bolt pattern
May I ask how you were precise to drill out the sprocket for 3 holes?
As shown in the video the sprocket is hubcentric.
@@Black66 I see that. What was your method?
@@SHFlameHead1 I used the drill press and a clamp to keep the sprocket in place while drilling.
quick question when i’m going full speed on my b200 it will stop giving throttle then a sec later keep going and repeats
You’re hitting the governor, it has that “lurching” feel to it.
Its super easy to ziptie it i have the b200r and ziptie on that mf speeds it up!
@@BlackWingMusicInc thank man i just did it and it’s going faster now its hard to find stuff to put on it
If want if i was you later down the line upgrade it to a 212cc pred (not ghost) and do the same thing remove governer its at least 45-50mph tops
And the pred is more handleable at top speed (safer)
Hell yeah might get me a 40t sprocket thanks !
Was wondering where you purchased your exhaust pipe? I like it better then any that I've looked at.
MB200 exhaust. Check out the B200 playlist The parts are in the description of the videos. th-cam.com/video/jjtfBiuCFOM/w-d-xo.html
Love the vids man! I got a predator 212cc with the go powerracing stage 2 kit and recomendations on clutches and gearing? Only hitting 57 atm🙏
Does the stage one performance kit from go power sports fit this bike?
Bike is way better looking then the other bike. Great video!! What was the top speed stock? I think i missed that video.
I think it was around 32MPH
I just got this bike and I need serious recommendations on what to do to it to get it faster no one has this bike with vids on it
Watch the next couple video on this bike. Wednesday and Saturday.

where can I get the sprocket? And did you drill the holes yourself?
Links for the parts used are in the description of the videos. Check out the playlist on the channel. Thanks for watching!
Do they make a header pipe and performance carb for this model?
Yes, check out the B200 playlist th-cam.com/video/jjtfBiuCFOM/w-d-xo.html
I think its time for a cam and some jets! 👍🎥

Compare a pwk28 and a mikuni 33mm carburetor
Can you straight chain the b200rsv or how does it work because it's not setup like the other mini bikes are
Where’d you get that sprocket brotha you got a link I need that!💪🏽
Did u ever find it

If you add a torque converter how much top speed would you gain. Contemplating adding this to my ct200u

I think you will like what I do with the bike, video coming out this Wednesday!
I am very surprised that my trailmaster hurricane 200x stock 196cc gets 40 m/hr no mods. Whats the difference between the 2?
Where can i get 2 of these, im in California and i cant find any? Can anybody direct me somewhere?
Just imagine what I can do with my 13 horse tillotson 212. I feel some inspiration coming.

Yes, Azusa bike.
You should say sprocket ship ⚙️🚀

That B200 Mini Bike I think would be a heavy duty mini bike for a friend. He weighs 350lb. to 375lb. to haul him around..
