I just rediscovered mini bikes just a couple of months ago and it’s the only hobby I ever had my wife doesn’t care about at all. You must have the same luck. Lol
It is an addiction 100%. Black66 got me started with his experimenting and informative videos, I am satisfied in stage 2. Aluminum flywheel, header pipe, mikuni VM22 26mm carburetor.
Luckily my wife loves mini-bikes, as we have 10 acres of pasture/farmland, and we load them up to take camping down here in Florida!👍 Axis M200 for her, and the Coleman B200 for me. I'm 50, and those things have improved our quality of life tremendously!❤

Neat bike. Looks like a great alternative to a MM212 if one can't or doesn't have the tools to put a bike together. Really looks like my bike in red at first glance, there is a kink or 2 extra in the frame on these if you look at the front in the frame. Love that shade of red also.
I have the Coleman b200 similar to yours and I have a 212 predator with chain on left side and also have a jack shaft I have added a header pipe. removed the carb I believe I purchased the wrong carb which was a stock carb with jet screw and dirt bike carb is needed. I have a 60 tooth on the rear I believe and stock 10 tooth sprocket
My b200 is a little different than that one. Mine has jackshaft plate like the previous colemans instead of torque converter, different light than yours and no front brakes. Also noticed my side plastics are a little bigger. Coleman must offer a couple different versions of these
There is the B200RSV which has front and rear suspension with a torque converter. The B200R has front suspension with a jack shaft and then the B200 which has front suspension and a torque converter . and a couple of sub models.
@@Black66I’ve got the b200 r also with the 196 on it and chain driven jackshaft, got it to go 24mph from the factory and removed the governor screw and got to 28mph. After all that I switched it to straight chain with the stock 10t clutch on front and 50 out back and got it to do 45mph on the street and 50mph on a fairly steep downhill. More mods to come for it soon like a header pipe and probably full governor removal and a different carb because the stock one has no bolt on the bowl to change the jetting. That’s a cool bike you’ve got there along with the rest.
I think exhaust upgrades. Like test different bolt on options and then experiment with vapor carb systems. Really really curious what you come up with on that.
I was worried about doing away with my it drives me nuts bc I get to a good speed and it'll shut down then u have to let off the gas and give it more. I'd like to just hit the gas and go without going fast, slow, fast, slow. 😂 Thanks for the video! Wish the installation was a bit more detailed showing how you put that linkage back on bc that's worrying me the most I think. Also, mine has a chain, not a belt, so is it any different or basically the same steps? Just don't want to mess anything up since it's brand new.
Love the color! Nice looking bike!! Interesting governed speed, my mm212 all stock with a bone stock hemi 212 goes a little over 41mph…like i mentioned before you should fit a 274 Duromax on there and do a build series on it👍

How much faster does it go with the throttle screw backed out all the way? I'd rather get it up to 35ish and keep the reliability. Unless you think removing the governor will still keep it reliable.
I can't be the only one wondering what's going on beyond that fence you always do your 0-30 runs at? That some kind of mining? These new coleman bikes are nice I would like to try one of these see how comfortable they are.
I'd love to see a video where the secondary/driven gets tuned on a stock bike like this, maybe with a camera mounted on the driven to see when it makes the shift from "low" to "high" and at what mph and rpm this happens. Then use another hole for the drivens spring and record the 0-30 and top end times to see if this changes at all. Maybe even get the drill out to find tune the secondarys spring location even further. Like to see that done on a stock cam bike and then maybe add a rod/flywheel/carb/cam/juggernaut and fine tune the driven/secondary for the higher rpms to show any gains. The tuning of the juggernauts stall with all 3 sets of GPS springs/rollers and the secondarys stock red and then a yellow spring to show the same sorts of things. I think this seems like wizadry to a lot of guys and this could really help take the magic out of it so guys understand how these cvt's work and how changing certain things can help and hurt performance.
With the stock driver I go right to the extreme and use the yellow spring in the tightest hole in the driven for the highest RPM at the belt shift. But I have never tested this with a stock engine and stock gearing. The Juggernaut behavior and gearing are so different than the stock driver that a heavy tension spring in the driven is not needed. The light tension green spring may be the way to go with the Juggernaut.
I just got one and love it! The first one I got, though, I had to take back to tractor supply bc I crunk it up, and it had a bad knock in the lower end of the motor in the front area of the engine. You could really hear it when idling or giving it gas. She said thankfully you brought it back bc it was about to lock up completely she said. She said they may not have shaved the pistons down enough or something. She seemed to know a lot about mini bikes lol. This is my first. I've worKed on vehicles my whole life, so how hard can they be to work on, lol. My cousin got one, so I had to go get one myself! They're on sale rn at tractor supply from almost 1k down to $649 !!! So the time to get one is now if you want one. The second one, I got in the box still and had to put the front tire and handle bars on, and it's been running great. I think I just happen to get that one lemon.
I have both the Axis M200, and the Coleman B200 rsv. I love them both, but each with pros/cons (stock). I do most of my riding on our 10 acres, so the Coleman seems to have way more torque and HP vs the Axis, but the Axis has better tires (knobs, not v-tread) for trail riding, and softer suspension. The stiffer suspension on the Coleman about beats this 50 year old army vet to death!😂👍 If I could make a hybrid, the tires and suspension on the Coleman with the better performance, would be the perfect bike for me.

Check out the B200 playlist. The bike gets quite a bit faster th-cam.com/video/9Tk-t17M-ww/w-d-xo.html
Man I'm having problems with my 2 mini bikes these suckers only stay on choke But when i put them to Run Position they trun off 🤦♂️. Anybody knows ?🙏
Yes, check out this video th-cam.com/video/b5bY-1gIWWk/w-d-xo.html
You should just turn it into a E bike or just 196cc build. Everything about the bikes badass. Do the exhaust next.
What app did you use to find out your speed
I use a Dragy performance meter for 0 to 30 and digiHUD on the phone for top speed.
Do I have to get into the engine or can or can I just take out the screw?
Is that colemans newest bike? Very clean all around.
Yeah one of them. They have a few different models
@Black66 idk maybe I'm tripping but the look of the bike is way better then the older colemans.
@@eyehearther111 Yeah, This Model looks simular to a Mega Moto 212
@Black66 yes indeed it does. Can't wait to see it in person.
Can I buy one
would i have to modify internals after i take the govnor out because it revs a little higher or can i ride on stock internals with good reliability
nope if you remove the governor on any of these bikes you’ll want too get a flywheel cam rod and springs
I get 32mph on my B200 as well. No mods just removed the bolt that limits the throttle
Check out the other videos in the series on this bike.
Hey is just removing the bolt safe I just bought one and wanna make sure?
Another great video 😎
I wonder how a 420 cc would do in a mini ??? Lol that would open up everything you do again for many more great videos 😎
Thanks! I'll try and do a big block on the channel at some point.
What is the governor and what is the function?
Keep engine rpm’s to where they think it’s safe. It’s a plastic gear inside the motor that restricts engine speed
Couldnt you have just turned the bilt instead of complete removal? Lol. Aqesome video man!
Check out the B200 playlist. Needed complete removal for the later videos. th-cam.com/video/M3llVJ2zPvs/w-d-xo.html
How much do you weigh ? That takes into account of the speed
Elevation, rider weight, gearing, engine mods, etc are a few of many factors that have an effect on speed Check out the b200 playlist for many combinations with this bike and others. Over 420 mini bike videos so far...th-cam.com/video/jHf9yJmaZLA/w-d-xo.html
Anyone know if the B200 would survive a direct CME or EMP?
There's no electronics in it. So, yes.
Try a wildcat 223 build
Is the internal governor gear really just that easy to remove?
Yes, especially if you remove the flywheel and knock out the pin hold on the gear.
Careful there Black! Them valves are gonna float if you keep running it with wide open throttle! (and that ain't pretty.)
It has upgraded valve springs. Check out the B200 playlist for the entire build. th-cam.com/video/jjtfBiuCFOM/w-d-xo.html
@@Black66 OK bud, sounds like you've got that under control. Just be careful holding it at high revs under low or no load for more than a few seconds at a time. Good recipe for throwing a rod. These things ain't made of indestructium!
@@andrewhanson5942 This engine has a billet rod and 10 RPM flywhell. Check out the build video. Thanks for watching. th-cam.com/video/9Tk-t17M-ww/w-d-xo.html
@@Black66 Then give 'er hell!
I'm surprised that it came with a torque converter. Usually those run the clutch
There are a few different models of the B200
Bought one from tractor supply 4 days ago i zip tied the governor now I got gas in my oil might jus take it out
Check out the B200 playlist for may part combos with this bike th-cam.com/video/M3llVJ2zPvs/w-d-xo.html
Try upgrading it to billet internals. I wanna see somewhere near 70mph
I'll do that. Haven't done a 196 yet...
@@Black66 Yea I’m gonna build the same exact bike that’s why I asked. I kind of wanted a guide since I wanted to save money and not buy a predator
@@calbyslave Good for you. The 196 is fine with mild to moderate builds. But if you want big power it's best to start with a bigger engine.
FIRST PULL NO BULL 🐯
Will you change the engine at some point? To a predator
I have a five or six videos in the series so far . I have a couple more to do and then after that I might do an engine swap.
Im from Monticello Kentucky
Gee guy you got more bikes then Jimmy Carter had peanuts
LOL yes.😂
Lol
Looks like someone unscrewed the throttle stop screw
I want a racing carb
Remove Governor, install dual hub motorz lol. I want to see you race the alien..
You're an addict... a mini bike addict 😂
Might have to buy me one and slap a Honda GX200 on it.
I love to have a mini bike too ride around$20.00 or get out of the way
I don't think you have enough bikes. I see in the video you had more open space to fill up in the garage 😂 maybe have your wife start parking outside the garage. 😊😊
Yes , great idea! 😀
@@Black66 😂😂
Mine goes 23 sadly
