Keep building that 196. I have one one on my bt200x that will get me going to around 60 and I'm 200 pounds. I made it a 2 seater and I know it will go 50 with me and my wife both on it, not saying that is something anybody should be doing but that 196 hauls. They're not just boat anchors. Great video as usual 👍
@@Black66you should put a smaller sprocket in the rear if you have one that will fit. The b200r that I have went around 50 top speed with the stock carb, governor, rod and flywheel. I just took the chain driven jackshaft off and put a straight chain to the 50 tooth rear sprocket while keeping the original 10 tooth clutch. Love the vids!
I really enjoy your videos, I’ve watched most of them, some of them several times. I’d like to see a tachometer on your top speed runs. RPM data is valuable when making decisions on sprocket selection.
Can I get a parts list so I can do everything you did to your bike please? Thanks again for these awesome videos. Would like to see more of the B200 in the future. I got one because of your videos!
Hi I have a Coleman b200 rsv the full suspension cvt factory bike. I’ve got a stage one kit air filter larger jet and header pipe to slip on muffler. Would I benefit to having a juggernaut over standard 30 series driver. For context I trail ride rarely get to top speed. Never breaks 5000 rpm highest it’s gone is 4900. My governor is zip tied.
oh thats a sweet little ride. i have a b200 as well. for the life of me i cant find the proper belt part number for it. would you have any suggestions?
Check out the billet build on this bike . The video comes out Wednesday . Yes, I have a 5 hp I'll do some videos on sooner or later. We used to race the 5hp Briggs on karts back in the day.
Screw that consult page 10 of your Coleman manual concerning gas methanol blends. "This engine can use gas/methanol blend if methanol does not exceed 5%". Guaranteed power right there.
You need to remove the jackshaft to install the torque converter. Check out the B200 playlist for the torque converter set up. th-cam.com/video/jjtfBiuCFOM/w-d-xo.html
@@Black66 speed isn’t great and the torque isn’t knock ur socks off or even close to a wheelie. It’s got the 50 tooth whatever comes stock on them. I’m thinking about trying a 60 for off roading and some sit you back torq if it will do it haha. My straight chain bikes have more off the line then this one
Try adding some thin washers to the roller assemblies in the Juggernaut with the goal of reducing the engagement 2-300 rpms. This should allow the Juggernaut to shift into a higher range on the top speed run. Might need to go back to the 50 tooth to make up for the lower engagement rpms on the 0-30, but the wider operating range on the Juggernaut might improve performance.
I have added a juggernaut tuner kit on one of the bikes. Its in the CT200U-EX playlist. In the video coming out Wednesday the bike does much better with the Juggernaut because of the internal engine mods and the added RPM potential of the engine. It really picks up on the top end. A lot of the combos on the bikes only stay that way for a short time and then I switch it out for something else just for fun to see what will happen. Thanks for watching the videos! th-cam.com/video/TRW-5IaOIGY/w-d-xo.html
I like straight chain for the small tire bikes and a torque converter for the big bikes. Its hard on the clutch with the tall tires on the big bikes, especially if you are a heavier rider.

What all did you do to it
Best series yet, thanks!

will you ever get into big blocks like the 301/420 or 440 duromax could be far in the future but just asking
Love it! I've got a the 200u with a stage 1 kit and torque converter. I chickened out at 47mph haha! Still fully governed.

Great series of mods. Thanks.

sickk ! 🔥
This bike is making me consider having my Mega Moto powder coated red eventually.
Not trying to tell you what to do or anything but the MM80 looks sick in OD green. The black seat and engine create a cool contrast against the OD.
Ya kno I got my kp mini on the way but man I still wanna get my hands on that b200 rsv frame and swingarm 💪🏼💯💨💨💨💨 good flex up
Video coming out on the RSV soon!
@Black66 can't wait boss and it's black too
@@SpACeCruizeR2o3Yes, camo and black
@Black66 that's fire I'm def gonna get a fresh one ✨️
@Black66 you think a wildcat will be a good match up or tilly 265

Nothing wrong with them 196's. Cant wait to see a stage 4 build... You know you want too🤣🤣🤣 Any tips on building a vintage Briggs 5hp?

Wonder if you ran some VP racing 94 octane in it if you could gain more speed out of it ?

Will a torque converter kit work with the jackshaft setup? Just picked one of these bikes up and cant find much info about it🤔

Compare a pwk28 and a 33mm mikuni pumper carb
What app do you use to track you times? Also, just picked up a B200 based on your videos!
I use a Dragy performance meter for 0 to 30 and digiHUD on the phone for top speed.
Is that the 35mm or 45mm axle key?
Idk what’s wrong with mine I took gov out put 26 pound springs and vm22 carb and put a juggernaut converter on it and it goes 40 mph
I think its gearing on this bike. Check out the B200 playlist for the entire 196 engine build. th-cam.com/video/9Tk-t17M-ww/w-d-xo.html

I love the video’s but what setup is your fastest
Thanks! The QS138 electric bike or the 263 GTS bike are the fastest so far. . I haven't put out the speed run on the GTS bike yet.
What belt is that?
You say only external mods and immediately say you got inside and removed the governor 🤔
I would say internal mods and governor removal are two different things. Internal mods would be billet rod, cam etc.
Do you prefer straight chain or tourqe converter?
I like straight chain for the small tire bikes and a torque converter for the big bikes. Its hard on the clutch with the tall tires on the big bikes, especially if you are a heavier rider.
Anyone ever slap a good head on a stock motor? Just curious 🤔
I have a few GX160 videos. Check out the playlist.
will it go any faster if I have everything just stock with a torque converter plus the Juggernaut ?

B100 next
Timing advance key is another external mod
be curious to see how many degrees actually help and how much hurt on these stock cam engines.
Yes, true but I am gonna skip ahead and do the build. The video comes out Wednesday the 20th.
