Hey Buddy, I am also at the same point. However, I got my movement at 100% just undergoing with Knee Extension & hamstring, muscle strength. Would be great if you can help here with the hamstring exercises.

@@JudoGeoff Yes, exactly. Actually I had my surgery in Feb, but due to Pandemic situation it was not possible for me to go to Physio & still I am doing my exercises in home only. Just left for the hamstring & muscle strength part. Rest the movement is 100% now. But yes I still have pain in my leg.
@@gurpreetbhatia1486 I will see if I can put something together. I may be recording a new video tomorrow for the 5-week mark. Stay tuned and we will see what I can do :)
