    I think top player nowadays such as Axelsen and Momota don't rotate hips much on forehand, Momota doesn't even turn his food outwards sometimes.

      No true if they use the China jump or step out. But on full rotation shots like scissor jump they do 👍🏻😎

    I really need help with something, this might sound silly but I'm quite tall and i realise everytime I put full power into my overhead shots they go flying outside the back of court. How can I improve so they land inside? 😅😅

      Jump smash or hit the shuttle when it is at a little lower height I guess.
