  • How to use the elbow in badminton - 4 shots biomechanics. I will show you how not to use the elbow, and also how to use it correctly. In badminton the elbow biomechanics is really important to get more power in your shots, and to use more variations in your shots. With the correct badminton grip, it is easier to learn the right technique, and to use the elbow the right way, with forearm rotation. Let me show you 4 examples on this, in this elbow tutorial - Enjoy!
    The 4 shots are 👇🏻
    • Power smash
    • Stick smash
    • Double defense
    • High backhand

Recently, I had tennis elbow while playing badminton and now I know the reason! Trust me, using the right movements of the elbow will not only increase the power in the game but also reduce the chances of getting tennis elbow. Thank you for the video.

Very good for the any sort player to improve their game level.
All your tutorials gives more confident level for the player that makes them playing and learning professional.
It enhances their interest in badminton.
If the player lacking in some shots he suddenly watch your tutorial for that particular shot and improving it to improvise in the game then becoming more improved.
