I have the Black dial version & the complaints that people are voicing about the clasp & bracelet (on whole) are understandable. I’ve swapped to a quality silicone strap & the watch serves for trips to the beach, travel, & what some might call a beater. I feel that the product is solid for the price & value can be argued when it comes to the choice of movement, but Nodus is making a mark in the microbrand space & I hope that they continue to evolve their lineup.
Love the dial design. It's so good, it's very tempting. A WR rating of 200 meters has the exact same value to me as 500. Move the crown to the right (yes d e) side, swap the movement out for a high beat 9000 series Myota. Or lower the price. Then you've got something. The issue isn't so much the NH35 and all this other stuff. The issue is there are just under one million different desk divers currently available.
See I love these but the lack of a half link for the bracelet really kills it for me. I have had a couple other Nodus watches and sold/gifted them to other people because I didn’t end up wearing them because of the sub par fit on bracelet for me.

I think they're pretty awesome. I don't love the hands, but that's really the only thing I don't love.
