Ok, I signed up and have done a few orders and a couple things to note. Everyone in your market will see the order and the 30 second timer only starts when you go on the app. Couriers will not see many orders, it’s mainly pick-up truck orders. There is no cap on the distance. I did an order from Phoenix to San marcos Cali. And it can be worth it for the long orders. But all in I like GoShare. But also don’t forget, most companies out source their deliveries to GoShare. I’ve seen Lowe’s, Costco, sherwin-Williams, and onerail.
@@MrWhiteTank 395 base pay for 380 miles. Definitely not worth it dollars/miles wise. But it did have a 200 dollar tip in addition to the base pay. In my book 595 in one day is worth it(minus 60-70 in gas).

Hi Mike, thanks for the video. In response to your comments about being charged for cancelling, think about it from the customers point of view. Imagine you took a day off to receive an item that the driver was going to pick up from a place at a specific appointment time. At the last minute the driver simply decides he doesn't want it or maybe found a better paying deal, and then flakes on the customer, leaving the customer high and dry and put out. This costs goshare in reputation as well as having to find someone else last minute to do the order if that is even possible. It is bad business and it shows a lack of integrity to flake out on something that has been committed to. Accept a job? Complete the job... or don't take it in the first place. I get that some people from younger generations may not have been taught about the importance of integrity, but none of us really need to be taught that information, as it is just part of being a good person. Keeping your word doesn't mean much to people these days. Many have that "sue me" attitude instead of doing what they promised to do. It is unfortunate that those fees have been put there, but they were likely put there because of drivers taking jobs and then flaking because they know there is no consequence, so they don't care. If the drivers were to have integrity and fulfill the orders they CHOSE to take, there would be no need for fees. If one of my workers flaked and didn't show up for a job that worker would be fired, period. Unless good cause is shown of course, but if they were to flake out for a better offer that day, fired. P.S. Thanks again for all your videos, you do a thorough job of showing your viewers what it's like to do what you are doing. Thumbs up!
Red Wagon Delivers is a large order but not catering gig, and they charge for late fees and early fees! Times are extremely specific. I'm too scared to try one plus I don't have a folding wagon.
Regarding the 30 sec mandatory timeout before you accept a project, not everyone gets it at the same time. I had problems with the counter getting half way through to 20...15 seconds and then suddenly a pop up window comes up stating the project is no longer available. WTF!

@YourDriverMike Update. It took 4 weeks for the background check to finish and about 1 day for GoShare to review. GoShare just needs to review my docs.
I went through the same struggle. Lots of questions in the quiz (5 or 6) not covered in the onboarding video even though they explicitly stated everything I needed to know IS in the video. There are other problems as well, for instance they ask you in the quiz about 1099 tax reporting threshold amount (btw, this is NOT discussed in the video) and the correct response for the purpose of the quiz is different than what is stated in their FAQ. WTF!
Can you talk about the pay for Goshare pay? couriers here in Phoenix way less than $1 dollar per mile a order from Phoenix to Tucson 113 miles the pay is $80 😅😅😅 the worst of the worst! Ever app you guys only talk about the positive side not the negative
With Spark it's a race to accept before someone else does. I dislike that! If I am driving, how do I have time to even look and accept. Also, the notification is not loud/distinctive enough. I have not found a way to change the "tune".
Why are they asking to put my bank account number , router number and sign in through it means they have got everything about my bank accounts? And is it good to share that or is there other option to payment method!!
Wondered about that as it says if you have a smaller vehicle like an SUV like I do, you only get requests for that vehicle type (not the bigger vehicle types). Now I'm wondering if I should change my vehicle to a truck that way I can get trucks and the SUV's. They claim it goes out based on what the customer selected, so maybe they are choosing the wrong vehicle? In any case, nothing you can do as you cant accept due to the suitable vehicle. What Im assuming is that they send it out to any driver when they either dont have a driver selecting that assignment or they hope a driver on the app has acccess to that type of vehicle.
Totally agree with you on that stupid test too. I got 95 and yes, they didn't put a delivery limit in the video. I got that one wrong too. Dumb that they don't even tell you the correct answer. If this is how they run the company then I have my doubts about them.
I dont feel the test is stupid. Other apps Ive been on have a similar test, but its not 40 Q long tho. I dont recall if the delivery limit is in the training video, but I did find the info online saying 200 miles. I got it wrong even tho I chose 200. Of course, I could have accidentally selected the wrong answer...small radio buttons to choose. At the end of the quiz, it does show you which ones you got right/wrong. I also got a 95. The second Q I got wrong was the Dui Q. I found online its False, but still got it wrong choosing False. The Test Q states they may be ineligible if they've had that conviction in the past 7 years, but the training video says No DUI, felony or other d*ug related driving violations in the last 7 years. It also says, Felonies or violent misdemeanors in the last 7 years may be disqualifying. So you got to be careful of those two along w/the test Q as one is related to driving and the other is not?
I emailed a background check to them I got when I signed up for dispatch and they said they couldn't use that so they still make u pay for it even if u have a background check already.

It says in the training or somewhere they wont accept background cks from other places. I have one app I use that would take it and accepted it. I have another app I was hoping they would take my background ck (it was from the same background ck company they use too), but would not accept it. They said when background cks are ordered, they can order certain types of checks. So their ck could be different from the previous one I did. Im tired of paying for background checks.

Even when you get a job request its gone before you open the app!! lol. Plus i paid $159 for NY background check and after a month still waiting to make back my expenses!!! lol
It is the worst company to work with they want you to pay everything start from background check to all the fees you see on this video. And yes as A customer I can give A broken and wrapped TV to be delivered, you take it somewhere, then I will claim it came to me broken. Now I'm going get refund and you will end up paying for it, let say the delivery cost was $50 now after my claim you will end up with -$1000. Good luck with that
Word, should have done my research before background check, which passed, but have not uploaded documents and pictures. 15 an hour and driver has all he expenses and risks.
Worst app ever, even worse customer service, they will take your pay and kick you off the app if you speak up about it. Boycott this corrupt app company. You definitely don't need them.
Pretty much, pros and cons I guess, weeds out those that would just cancel without penalty - like even on Flex you can cancel shifts all the time up to 45 minutes before the start time.
The cancellation policy ALONE makes GoShare worthless to me. I am a Correctional Officer for my main job. Some of my duties require me to mobilize within a certain amount of time after being called in, even on my days off. I cannot share why my schedule is like that when a typical CO is not. If you know, you know. That means I may need to cancel in a time period that requires a fee. Also, that policy is actually illegal.
You will never make close to $45 an hour on ANY of these gig apps, guys, you will average about $14-$18 an hour, I've seen plenty of videos of people doing this goshare and not getting even close to no damn $45 an hour, these guys like this guy here do youtube videos to try to make money, people!!, think about it, if this guy could make $45 an hour doing goshare, and spark, and others I've seen him on, why would he need to be on 34 different gig apps AND have a youtube channel as well?, it's because he can not make $45 an hour, guys, use your heads, if it were this easy eeeveerrrybody would be doin' it!! Now, ppl, go get yourself a real job.
Sorry Mike you are a liar Goshare is not the highest pay in the industry and I have proof of that most of the times is way less that $1 dollar per mile please speak the truth

A year later still the same, no work in NYC area.
Good luck with that
hmm, from what I seen on the video, you're suppose to take a picture of the items before loading, or at least that's what I'm going to do.
@@HurveyJones If the electronics is fried then no pictures will help you.
Zifty charges a $10 cancelation fee.
I did not pay for background
i dont even need to watch the video to say LOL yea right keep dreamin
These jobs are $15 an hour tops... I worked for all of them... some days it's 7.25 an hour federal minimum wage... these people are idiots
It is in their T&C that you may be kicked out if you publicly speak bad things about them.
Waiting for the update video lol
Hey Mike stop lying the pay is not close to great!
The pay in Phoenix AZ is literally trash Goshare is making the money not the drivers
Is there any other you recommend I’m in Az as well
All gig platforms (and businesses for that matter) exist to make money for their owners. Why would you ever think otherwise???
The questionnaire is so stupid lol
I got a 85 😊
Waste of my time . Yea wasted an hour on the application process them to be asked to pay $154 for a “background “ check
FU GoShare
Task rabbit is 25 dollars.
Forget them
Better places to drive for.
Damn, they are going to make money for people being late or blowing them off
Pretty much, pros and cons I guess, weeds out those that would just cancel without penalty - like even on Flex you can cancel shifts all the time up to 45 minutes before the start time.
Zifty charges you $10 for canceling
2500 ml
The cancellation policy ALONE makes GoShare worthless to me. I am a Correctional Officer for my main job. Some of my duties require me to mobilize within a certain amount of time after being called in, even on my days off. I cannot share why my schedule is like that when a typical CO is not. If you know, you know. That means I may need to cancel in a time period that requires a fee. Also, that policy is actually illegal.
goshare background check is $150
The onboarding video is sooooo bad, they should have you re do it for them!
Go share probably makes most of their money from cancelations 😅
...and background checks!
Thanks Mike! GoShare sounds awful! Lol 😅
We’ll see, could be stellar could be awful. Once I’m able to see their actual order examples I’ll report back
You will never make close to $45 an hour on ANY of these gig apps, guys, you will average about $14-$18 an hour, I've seen plenty of videos of people doing this goshare and not getting even close to no damn $45 an hour, these guys like this guy here do youtube videos to try to make money, people!!, think about it, if this guy could make $45 an hour doing goshare, and spark, and others I've seen him on, why would he need to be on 34 different gig apps AND have a youtube channel as well?, it's because he can not make $45 an hour, guys, use your heads, if it were this easy eeeveerrrybody would be doin' it!! Now, ppl, go get yourself a real job.
Sorry Mike you are a liar Goshare is not the highest pay in the industry and I have proof of that most of the times is way less that $1 dollar per mile please speak the truth
GOSHARE does not cultivate buisness. They are very poorly managed!
The fee thing makes sense
45x40x52= $93,600 per year
We’ll see what they pay here in Pittsburgh! Averaging $45/hr is a huge claim. Granted they do say the ol reliable “up to”
what a 🤡 of a company lol
Onboarding is a joke. Takes months on the wait list.
Its no different than your high school crush...its worth it though😅
What city are you in?
Still better than Amazon Flex which is years...
No thank you.
No thanks
