@@maxmed8282 That's a fairly standard response. You want to make a note for when their contract is up for renewal and offer to provide an alternative quote at the time. This video should help you win more commercial clients - th-cam.com/video/xmQRtmOlF4Y/w-d-xo.html
Hi Sean, thanks for the very insightful video. I'm based in London and I'm considering starting my own cleaning busness but I have looked at the market and there so many cleaning companies. Do you think it's worth starting a cleaning business in London now?
Yes, competition is generally good as it shows there's lots of client demand. The key is offering a differentiated cleaning service. This video should help. I talk about how to charge more than your competition but it's closely linked to how to differentiate - th-cam.com/video/jf2GHEZcB54/w-d-xo.html
Hey Sean, Sorry I have another question:p I’m looking to start my business soon, and I decided to pay for booking koala as my booking platform. I’ve seen that’s it’s very US based, do you know if it is possible to start a UK based cleaning service on Booking Koala? Or is it not viable for currencies and locations outside of the US Thanks
You'll need to add tracking code to track your online form enquiries and any inbound calls. We use High Level but Call Rail and Whatconverts are 2 alternatives.
It differs state by state but generally you can tell them what needs cleaning (in the form a checklist eg clean the work surfaces) but you can't tell them "how" to do it (ie what techniques, what products, what tools etc).
Thanks Sean, I’m restarting my cleaning business in 2024. Your videos is helping me to get ready. Happy holidays
That's good to hear Talita. Good luck with your relaunch.
Merry Christmas Sean 🎄❤️🎄❤️
And to you. Happy Holidays 🙂
Nice work and audible
Thanks :)
Thanks for the very insightful video Sean. Is it worth while starting a cleaning business in London right now as there are so many cleaning companies?

I’ve a question.. If I cold call to businesses and they say that they already have a cleaning company that they are working with, how can I respond?

Yes, you can double check with them but I think there are lots of UK businesses that use BK
How do we track marketing?

With them being 10-99s you legally can’t tell them what to do or how to clean, correct or no?

Hi Sean
