Me too. There is obviously a problem because not only is the preview not visible, the preview data about the file on the right of the screen isnt available either. So windows is having trouble reading the files? Im having this problem on video files but also on simple small jpeg images. It just spins and spins and sometimes they come back temporarily. This started two weeks ago. I removed a recent C++ update but made no difference.

I tried this, it didn't work for me. It actually caused me another problem. Although all my stuff is still there I can no longer see my desktop. I now have to access my desktop stuff by opening a file from the task bar.

I have Windows 11, but none of this matches up. When I perform the first step, I only get an edge browser page. Nothing like what shows up here.
