    This is the most ridiculous video demonstration I’ve ever seen. Why is your model wearing a giant baggy T-shirt that obstructs any view of pelvic-lumbar motion?!!

      Feldenkrais is not so much about copying a model Pedro. In fact most of Feldenkrais lesson are given by a teacher who sits, or walk around and give oral instructions only, and doesn't show the movement, precisely so you DON'T copy the external movement of a model but FEEL the movement from inside.

      @@jojolouis I know what ATMs are. The fact is, the model serves absolutely zero purpose. Her existence in the video only serves as a distraction, which makes it a terrible demonstration. And just to be clear, Moshe was a showman. He’d likely have the same complaint. If your model isn’t modeling anything, then why are they even there? Moshe abhorred low resolution extraneousness. That’s what this is. It’s nonsense.
