Great topic! Yes, I'm fairly new to the Firearm arena and this video is very timely. I've shot a lot of different guns (Courtesy of all my buddies that have a wide collection.) and I still love using "regular" sights. Having that noted, a Red Dot is a very attractive option for me because of my challenging eyesight. I really don't know much about Red Dot's in general, but feel they could help tremendously with target grouping. I'd really love to see a follow-up video in the future to see if you'll stick with it. Also - Love that you mounted it to the Stoeger! It's great gun. Using a Red Dot may be in my future and this video helps a great deal! Perhaps I missed it, but did you mention a general price for this Vector Optic's Frenzy-X Pro Gen II? I don't need or want a Red Dot that costs more than my gun!! Thanks again! I just watched "TheLifeOfRon" put this on his Fusion Firearms XP and he was banging shots out at 200 yards. I think this might be a good budget choice no doubt
I have both the frenzy gen 2 Mrs w solar which is amazing , I like it better than my holosun but if you don't want to spend that much the frenzy x 1x22x26 Mos is really good to .. I have 3 of each and all have thousands of rounds on them ..
I have an astigmatism so the circle dot works great for me since it's clear and target acquisition is extremely fast and natural with the circle dot.. best part of the multi reticle is you can choose to just have the dot, the circle, or circle dot..

You should try the multi reticle sight from vector optics.. a circle dot might work better for your eyes
