    Quinoa has been my jam for the last few years. I actually sub it out for almost all things rice. I do still like brown rice in some of my dishes but I just love it so much. It is good to have you back. I know you have been back for a minutes, but I have been watching on my TV and I am just getting to the comments. Have a good one friend.

      @@mrschristinaachoe Yes, you can do so many things with quinoa. Like this week I made it with broccoli, onions and garlic from a recipe I saw on Pinterest. Added some pieces of chopped curry chicken breast and when I say DELICIOUS. So good. No worries, yes I'm trying to juggle TH-cam and my podcast. So girl yaaaa...🤸🏽‍♀️ Thank you. You as well.
