I do it right away. I don't wait at all. Just always because of not getting it on the actual panel. It'll be large droplets that are hard to flow out and you'll see the droplets in the clear. But no wait time for me

Those cameras aren't always correct. They hardly work in my opinion. You should make a video of you painting it and send to me. That'll be easier to diagnose what your problem is, so many different things can be the issue.

Slow drying clear on a Beetle with a Chinese water pistol🥴 i may have, may have...got sum runs or sags,🙄 I'll wetsand that $@#& out., tho. I dig the gun, tho. Left a nice finish. So it all depends on the customer's budget the owner of the shop is willing to work with anybody
So how long you let the base flash before laying clear to prevent dieback? I’ve gotten so many dieback jobs and could never figure out why. Typically I waited 30-45 minutes before clearing the vehicle is this the issue?
Could be a number of things I actually have a video dropping next week on the main cause of DIeback and how to prevent it. Be sure to tune in. 30-45 min is way more than enough time. Are you reducing your clear at all?

Thank you. 1.3 slows me down when it's hot in my booth. And T110 is a slower cap than the TE20 so that would be even more slower. It would have taken me twice as long to paint the car. I like to get in and out of the booth. On a Sagola 1.3 would be fine but not devilbiss guns. It all depends on your temperature/environment.

Dude those big fancy shops are like working in a office with a bunch of women. To much drama. I like working in an old school environment amongst old school men. Make the same money and less stress. This shop I'm at now is a real blessing. Can't tell you how many times I almost went to jail at them shops working with multiple diva painters. My temper is too bad for that shit.

DAMMM 5 minutes 😅😅😅 na man 30 minutes includes my warm up stretching so probably be 7 minutes worth of action. 🤫 If I had to guess he'd probably charge $1500 labor it's only like a 2 day job. $270 paint job is crazy,don't know how u can do it, in Ireland it costs 2k just in materials for me to do a paint job and another 2k labour thats just for standard finish

I have to wait until I hit 10k subs to reveal those tips. I've said a few painter secrets from 30 years ago The next thing I know they are displayed on the big channel as if they had been new about these secrets and tricks of the trade. So what's my channel hits 10K I'm really going to start giving out deep trade secrets. So stay tuned my man. But the most obvious would be wet the floor, and keep in my the tighter the area you are working in the more dirt you will have, my booth can fit 6 cars in there so I'm several feet away from the walls in each direction. Also my prepper blows the car I tell her blow for at least 30 min. 🤔 Then once I get the car in the booth I blow for another 10 min 🤔 Then let the booth run for 20 min before spraying. I could keep going but you get my drift 😉

Glad you're back hey why did you choose to go with the T20 and the 1.4 on the pro lite how do you compare it to the 1 3 and the T10 for the clear
Thank you. 1.3 slows me down when it's hot in my booth. And T110 is a slower cap than the TE20 so that would be even more slower. It would have taken me twice as long to paint the car. I like to get in and out of the booth. On a Sagola 1.3 would be fine but not devilbiss guns. It all depends on your temperature/environment.

Dude those big fancy shops are like working in a office with a bunch of women. To much drama. I like working in an old school environment amongst old school men. Make the same money and less stress. This shop I'm at now is a real blessing. Can't tell you how many times I almost went to jail at them shops working with multiple diva painters. My temper is too bad for that shit.

If I had to guess he'd probably charge $1500 labor it's only like a 2 day job. In one day painted the next day and gone the following day. But if course you can charge more. I know I would 😂

I believe he said he uses perfectcoat . Which is Chinese paint I use it as well here in Oregon. It's a 1:1 paint and it's ok

$270 paint job is crazy,don't know how u can do it, in Ireland it costs 2k just in materials for me to do a paint job and another 2k labour thats just for standard finish
Is that for the very basic materials or is that some top notch show car materials? Because this could have easily been $2k in materials if they wanted a $10-$15k paint job

What's your secret to have this clean jobs in a older spray booth? No chips.
I have to wait until I hit 10k subs to reveal those tips. I've said a few painter secrets from 30 years ago The next thing I know they are displayed on the big channel as if they had been new about these secrets and tricks of the trade. So what's my channel hits 10K I'm really going to start giving out deep trade secrets. So stay tuned my man. But the most obvious would be wet the floor, and keep in my the tighter the area you are working in the more dirt you will have, my booth can fit 6 cars in there so I'm several feet away from the walls in each direction. Also my prepper blows the car I tell her blow for at least 30 min. 🤔 Then once I get the car in the booth I blow for another 10 min 🤔 Then let the booth run for 20 min before spraying. I could keep going but you get my drift 😉
