Sir, your "OK" work is the envy of most. Another fact filled video. Thank you.
Thank you Michael I appreciate it man. Yeah I don't know what it is lately it's like I'm excited to start the job but then once it's completed no matter how good it turns out I just feel like it's okay. Unless it's a pretty cool color it seems like the deep blues and reds are more rewarding for me. I guess they give me a bigger dopamine hit 🤯🤯

Hi Trigger, well that looks awesome lovely colour and the finish from the clear is outstanding, I don't think you would get a better finish if you was using the more expensive paint apart from the longevity might be better🤔
I use the Kapci paint here Trigg and I'm lucky enough to have a paint scheme (seeing as I'm a hobby painter) so I normally use Kapci primer, base and clear which is regarded here as a mid range product, the base mixes 1:1 and IMO it goes on nice but like most paints there are a couple of colours that don't cover so well, I'm not sure if you can get the Kapci paints but they might be worth a try👍John UK

Awesome man, you killed it. Looks like it came straight off the assembly line. I have to ask, since the TDSs are usually pretty clear on what’s needed on their products, why would one add reducer to the clear?
Thank you sir, a lot of guys watch social media professional painters and they advise to add reducer to get a "glass" finish but fail to tell the guys that they are using $800-$1000 clear that requires a small amount of reducer. So they just do it to all clear. Most of these guys are DIY and don't really have TDS sheets or even care to check into it. They just want to paint and have fun. At least that's what think is happening 🤷🏼♂️

@@gregoryjowers3629 yeah man I'm definitely going to stick with the croma on overalls moving forward. Night and day experience for sure. And as far as those clears I'm not sure I've ever heard of those 🤔
You could make any paint look nice
Thank you for your kind words brother 🙏🏼
where can I order the materials you used . enjoying the vids
@@gusparides4675 this is the clear coat amzn.to/4ftGYgy
And the base you'd have to just get from a local paint supply in your area. Maybe Google and call around for Cromabase
@@thetriggerman954 thanks so much trigger . i been watching all you vids i like them . i use to paint for extra money in the early 80 's i still have the binks no 7 . i am going to break it out for oldtime sake . thanks for getting back to me . best luck to you . nofussgus
What does it mean when you say it will die back ?
Meaning the paint is shiny when you leave it then the next day it has loss anywhere from 20 to 50% of the gloss / shine.
Trigg i love those quick jobs...Unmask the fucking car and its gone...😂😂

Thank you 🫡♥️
nice trigga
Thank you sir 👊🏼
Have you tried Wanda?
@@v8packard no in haven't. You're like the 3rd person to mention it. I never heard of it until this video.
@@thetriggerman954 It is my go to for budget jobs. Polyester base, covers awesome. Works great. I use it with Southern Polyurethanes clear. Outstanding results.
Wanda is owned by Akzo. But, it's like a stepchild they don't acknowledge. Very good price, not much support. My favorite is Glasurit 55 line. Wanda is almost as good. You might find it at LKQ.
Bro, painter from ja,no reducer in no clear at no time?
@@infohubb3048 only if the clear coat requires it. Too many people put in all the clear and kill the shine. Need fi learn to get glass results without reducer when possible ✊🏼 bless up
I need that deal 👨🏽🔬
😂😂 I got you cuhh
