This is a video comparison of stock NPP with a secondary cat delete vs corsa extreme axleback with secondary cat delete on my 2019 camaro SS 1LEI installed it myself with my buddy Elijah, overall the install was pretty simple. Please listen to my closing thoughts section because videos DO NOT do Corsa justice. I recorded audio with my Hero9 GoPro and IPhone 10. The deep tones do not pickup well on these mics. The exhaust sounds absolutely amazing in comparison to stock. It’s a MUCH deeper tone and is louder at all RPM’s, especially noticeable 1000-4000. I would recommend this exhaust to anyone, I’m very satisfied with their product! I was skeptical of how much of a difference it would really make but it put that to rest the first time I heard it! 10/10 corsa!

21 lt1 6 speed owner here. Personally, I think they did an excellent job with the npp. I'm keeping mine npp because I love seeing people's reactions after I tell them it's a factory exhaust
I do agree the stock npp is fantastic!
As soon as I heard a stock npp camaro v8 I was sold. I can't believe it sounds so good right out the box!
22 2ss 1le manual owner here. I do love the stock exhaust however still need a little louder and deeper tone. It sounds a little tin can raspy to me and Corsa doesn’t solve it. I m planning on going Borla Atak!

2020 2SS 1LE, I just love the factory exhaust, it sounds great, not worth replacing it for a daily driver, unless you are going for major mods upgrades for HP gains and track days

Agreed 100%. Stock npp is so good. Sure you could get it louder with aftermarket, but it's not going to be a money's worth of difference imo.

Both sound good to me, Corsa has more snap crackle pop but other than that I think they sound the same. Gorgeous SS, love that color, and barking 3rd gear is sweet.
Yeah I wish video did it more justice, but you’re right! It’s much louder and deeper just can’t hear that on camera!

Best exhaust comparison video on TH-cam for sure , Borlas or Corsas videos are nothing compared to this, I had Borla Atak on my 2019 SS but I think I’ll go Corsa this time on the ZL1, problem with Borla Atak is it doesn’t totally retain the “stealth” in stealth mode. What made you go Corsa instead of Borlas?
Thanks for the kind words! I tried to make it thorough but simple. Corsa has the best tips and it does not drone AT ALL when cruising. The valve actuation is perfect, closes in 6th when not giving it in throttle. It’s raw and pops like crazy. I wouldn’t put another muffler on the car!
Stealth mode is quiet! It’s a massive difference between track and I love that so when I have headers one day I’m not obnoxious all the time

Watched this video probably 20 times. Recently watched through the bald eagle segment and that’s what ultimately made me pull the trigger. Just bought a 2020 2SS and put the non npp (because F my neighbors lol) extremes on! They are perfect!!!! There were times I felt I couldn’t hear the stock exhaust but not anymore! For anyone else contemplating, just do it!

@Mason1le facts. Even watched the little cute videos others have done with the decibel readings lol. But that measures loudness NOT tone! It's been a couple days now. Went back and re-torqued a couple bolts and she's perfect. Ran into a cammed C6 with headers so now I'm 🤔🤣

I'm hoping to buy one by this summer. I'm in Georgia, so if the 1LE is out of state, I'll fly there & enjoy the road trip back if I buy it. I used to own a modded Electron Blue, 2003 C5 Corvette Z51 Targa 6-speed manual. I've had a lot of nice cars, but I really miss that Corvette. I also miss owning a car with a manual transmission... Love that 6-speed! Is there a drone noise at highway speed with the Corsa?
Nope! It only gets bassy if you accelerate in 6th gear slowly but when idling it’s quiet. If you get the variable there’s no noise when idling inside

Does it always pop and crackle on decel? Or do you kind of intentionally make it happen ? Cuz it would be overwhelming if everytime I took my foot off the gas it pops. Just cuz I’m looking for a 2019+ SS 1LE and don’t know if I’d be down for all the pops.
Nah you have to kinda gas it a bit for it to pop. It won’t be everytime

Quick question I’m new to this exhaust thing I have a 2021 Camaro SS (not the quad exhaust) and I was trying to see what to buy for it to make it louder I got a muffler delete which made it pretty loud but I want it a little more louder without deleting my cats and making check engine light come on please it will be a big help

The 2019+ camaros pop and crackle like this stock however a 2nd cat delete does make them louder

Corsa makes an xpipe that you need to have a catback. Personally I never got it and just deleted the 2nd cats

Hey there! Was just wondering if I were to buy a full catback system, would that screw up the drive modes? Meaning will I still be able to make it quiet and loud if I wanted to? Or would I need to just cut it like you did so I could still have the valve open and close?
There is an xpipe you can buy with the axleback and it bolts right up. If you buy the variable mufflers then you keep your quiet and loud mode functionality

No there’s an actual mode called stealth in the settings

What was your lead time when you ordered this exhaust? Was it true to the standard 4 weeks?
It longer then 4 weeks currently. It took me about 2.5 months to get mine in. I would recommend getting it straight from corsa for the fastest time however make sure you follow up on your order
@@Mason1le Sounds good buddy I had heard lead times were all over the place. This video pushed me into ordering it last Thursday with your discount code. I had a Corsa catback on my mustang and loved it. I take it you followed up once a month then? Hard to find a fine line where you want to expedite it but not seem pushy.
@@Mason1le Thanks for all the insight. I ordered mine, and it was at my door just before the 5 week mark. Business is probably slow in the winter months I take it. Had to take it to a shop to install though as I was having fitment issues. Otherwise it's as badass as you described!

@Wes Foulds Good question. I had to have a Widebody in my life. Traded my 6 Gen for a 2020 Challenger Widebody 6-speed. My Widebody is more luxurious, and much roomier. But I do miss the go-kart-like cornering of my old Camaro SS.

Not at all. The car is on rails man. I’ve been well over that and had no issues at all!

I got one normal SS in Germany. Until 155mph (250 km/h) its like on rails. After that it sometimes get some vibrations (but still like on rails), but not everytime.

STOCK EXHAUST is excellent, waste of money on anything else....its not like the engineer didnt know what they were doing.
I do agree stock exhaust sounds good but when you hear it in person you understand that corsa takes it to the next level
The engineer knew they were making the exhaust quiet enough to appeal to the masses. We don’t want it quiet dummy
