      take rest dont run kuch dino ke liye
      use ice as described in video
      wear good quality shoes
      dont run on road
      dont do jumping wali exercises.

    Thanks god sir aapka video mil gya sir mai bihar se hu jab bhi running karta hu shin pain ho jata hai after running leg me mano jaan hi nahi hai sir mera si ka running hai 2-3 month me sir manobal tut raha mera bahut jyada shin pain hai sir😭😭
