What you have there on the Truma heater is a balanced flue, the inner silver tube with O rings is the exhaust and the outer black tube is the inlet for air intake.
Very good explanation, especially about the length of the inner exhaust pipe.

What is that ali stuff youre building with?!
Its called Qubelok by Capral. www.capral.com.au/extrusion-plate-sheet/extrusion/qubelock/ It works pretty good for light stuff.
