Wow Val! Crazy story! Well damn! I just got a DT ball peen and dead blow set, but with trays. Take up way to much room in a drawer. Wish they sold the foam separately.
I think there’s gonna be a lot of of people that sell Snap On tools on the truck that are going to owe you because every time I watch your videos the way you display the tools I remember seeing something I like and then I go to my Snap On guy and buy it
WoW, I never thought of SnapOn for where to get hammers. I've always bought mine from retired mechanics, or yard sales. Good to know, you know. The worst guy I remember, was at a little shop back in the 70's. Guy was old af, mid fortys,(remember when 40s looked old) anyways before there was Spray cans of Break Cleaner, this old guy would grab an airline, and have at all the break dust, making a huge cloud in the shop. Boss would scream at him, but he just didn't think it mattered. Every guy in that shop died from some form of lung cancer within 10 years. Awful way to die, when it could have been prevented. You 2 be safe out there.❤
Back in the days when smoking was allowed I used to have a guy from a financial company that was beside the shop come in to gab and have a smoke on his break. He was standing under a car when a worker was replacing strut mounts but didn’t have it mounted correctly in the compressor. It slipped out , hit the guy but also hit the oil drain bucket. He limped back to his business with him and his suit covered in used oil
Val, you called out a 4lb sledge correctly but the caption has a cross peen description. The 3 lb cross peen is my favorite hammer hands down, so I picked up on that right away.
In the US there are MANY guys that replace confidence with a tool brand as though that qualifies them to work on your car. What makes it worse is watching them line up buying this crap not realizing Val plays the tease card to get their money and it works, trust me.
Back in the day every shop I went into brought you under the car to show what they were going to change on your car, usually unnecessarily
Interesting story, Val. You sharing it could possibly save someone from injury or even death. I'll never put heat on a ball joint! Thanks for sharing.
Blowing stuff up is always exciting. When I was a kid I loved to play with matches . . .
Val,
You've got more muscle in your left arm than I have in my whole body. Keep up the great work.
Your not going to get laid, you DO know that right?
Love these stories of real life that we can all learn from.
The fact that you still sit on a 5 gallon bucket gives you big props
Da fuq else is she supposed to do?
Which leads me to my next tool, a 20mm cannon ...
These was the best. I got the biggest kick out of this
