    Just wanted to say thank you for making this unit so affordable and simplistic. Purchased from Amazon in Canada. It was so easy to put together too! I've only had it two days and this was my first workout on it. I love how stable it feels and I definitely can feel it! I only played around with it on Tuesday March 30th and I felt it yesterday! Great informative videos as well! I also bought one for our Son and his girlfriend. =o)

    Just got this and I am THRILLED ... After first workout, using just one band, I am sore in my glutes, quads, and even arms/lats!! Such adjustability with seat angles, the three bands, the various hand grip positions ... You can focus your attention on upper body with strategic gripping, or concentrate on lower. Trick is to intentionally target/engage the area/muscle group of concern. Built into the basic movement is a workout hitting upper and lower with a decided favoring of lower, but with not too much effort, the upper gets a good workout, out as well ... Was worried there wouldn't be enough resistance, but even with one band, you can get quite a work out .... also, using just one leg, or one arm/hand doubles intensity for that body part. Rotating hand positions around the handlebar also localizes the area toned...just play with positioning, and you'll see... It is SO MUCH FUN, too.... If you want to flow and move, you can go for a more aerobic session, if you want to target muscles, you can do that as well, or a combo of BOTH.... HIIT is also made for this machine.... SUCH good quality build; it feels VERY solid, though I might add on extended warranty just for peace of mind.... Oh, it may seem insignificant, but the "light-weight" fitness monitor is also well-thought out, and continues to track even if you stop and restart, picking up where you left off....The one thing driving me crazy was figuring out how to clear to ZERO, the monitor....you just hold main red button until it 888's out to zero..... Can't believe what a cleverly designed, thorough and ENJOYABLE piece of exercise equipment this is. YOU WILL FEEL IT, trust me! BEST value piece of equipment I think I've ever gotten... WOULD LOVE TO HAVE AN APPLE APP so I can use my iWatch, hehe... GREAT GREAT JOB!

    Question for Sunny H&F - where should our feet be positioned on the pedals? I had mine towards the middle but the instructor looks like the balls of her feet are on the pedals? Thanks :)

    • @SunnyHealthFitness
      @SunnyHealthFitness  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Kathryn! We recommend placing the pedals between your midfoot and forefoot. Placing the pedal more towards your midfoot may cause you to feel the muscles of your hips more. Placing the feet in a more forefoot position may cause you to feel the muscles on top of your thighs more. Since everyone's body type is different it's important to always make sure your feet are completely covering the foot pedals.

    I like your video better than some of the other Row n' Ride videos. I recently bought a used Row n' Ride in good condition. I am not sure Row n' Ride is the correct machine for me. Primarily, I am interested in losing stomach fat. Can I achieve that with my Row n' Ride? Are there Row n' Ride exercises you can give me to help me?

    • @SunnyHealthFitness
      @SunnyHealthFitness  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, the Row-n-Ride can be used for weight loss, while you can't spot reduce any one specific area, you can lose weight with this machine including in the stomach area. We recommend some of our more cardio-based workouts for weight loss, which are designed to increase your heart rate and tone your body at the same time. Check out our Cardio Sculpt Class

    i have a question. how many times a week do i use the machine? daily or every other day?

    • @SunnyHealthFitness
      @SunnyHealthFitness  3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      The Row-n-Ride has many uses, if using to achieve a cardiovascular workout with low resistance, high reps, this machine can be used daily. If using for resistance training purposes with higher resistance and lower repetitions we recommend resting muscle groups at least 48 hours between use. However, this machine can be used to target both upper and lower body, so you could use it daily for resistance training if for example, day one you trained lower body, day two you trained upper body, and then day three you train lower body again and so on. If muscles are sore, we always recommend resting them until they are no longer sore, for full recovery.

    Hi! I just got mine today, put it together and did the easy workout and I love it already. However I’m not sure how often I’m suppose to do it? And I’m not sure I have it adjusted properly. I did raise the seat because I was almost squatting to the floor. Which I didn’t mind but am guessing I should work up to that? Is there a tutorial on proper adjusting etc for beginners?

    • @mubystubuff764
      @mubystubuff764 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I agree, the lowest is a little odd to start off with, and I prefer the 90 degrees, parallel to the floor, which STILL gives a "squat" deeper than I usually got at my best, while standing ... here's a link for adjusting the seat .... th-cam.com/video/xG8T5A8LT88/w-d-xo.html

    • @mubystubuff764
      @mubystubuff764 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@taya786 BEST MONEY EVER spent on a piece of exercise equipment, and I"ve tried MANY!! This thing is so much fun, but it ALSO gives results that when done right, you can feel the next day ... I love that you can hop on throughout the day, and even a quickie sprint of 10 minutes gets you sweating.... Just try to engage / target muscle group you're interested in for a given workout...mix it up; work your arms, or butt or quads, or just do cardio... so, YES, I DO see AND FEEL results, and I"m only on one band.... One of the best exercises -- if you want quick results, is to use ONE side, i.e. right arm, OR LEFT leg .... it doubles the resistance/exertion, in a good way.... I haven't yet followed the workouts provided by Sunny, but plan to as well. GO FOR IT!!! I think you'll see results! Sorry for the ramble, but I am still gushing about this machine!

    Does this help with the baby fat or toning the stomach area? I'm female, 5'4" 115 lbs., small body. I purchased this last Nov 9. I do daily exercise (Easy and 10 mins workout) using this video and the 10 minutes workout. Sometimes I do it up to 2 times a day and I did not see much difference in 2 weeks? I only use 1 band. Any other recommendation aside from sit ups? Thanks.

      It can take up to 8-12 weeks to start seeing changes in your body with a new exercise routine. We recommend adding resistance if the workout is not challenging enough or try some of our other Row-N-Ride workouts like these:

      th-cam.com/video/YOmMUW-b2Fw/w-d-xo.html

    How does this machine compare and differ with the DB Method machine?

    • @SunnyHealthFitness
      @SunnyHealthFitness  4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Good Morning, Jelly Belly
      While both machines provide the user with the ability to perform an assisted squat movement, the Row-N-Rider provides a greater hip extension. The greater degree of hip movement enables the user to increase muscle activation of the hips and thighs for maximum muscular development. The Row-N-Rider also has the added benefit of an integrated rowing handlebar, which uses the resistance band attachments to provide adjustable resistance during both the squat and rowing function. Performing squats with the rowing handlebar will target the muscles of the arms, back, and shoulders for an excellent, progressive full-body training experience.
