@@SG-ek2zw when you plant your feet firm on the ground and push through your legs a d squeeze your ass. It helps you lift more . When i go heavy my hamstrongs cramp which is a sign im using leg drive. Just make sure not to let your butt come off bench as that is a foul in competition

Power lifters are the strongest, unhealthy looking athletes ever.
The funny thing about that is, in order to gain all that muslce, in order for their body to maintain that muscle, they have to eat A LOT. The strongest man alive probably eats about 30,000 a day to keep up with his lifting. If you don't gain fat with that much muscle your body won't be able to handle it. Wouldnt surprise me if even with all that belly, this guys body had a majority of muscle over fat.
