    4개월동안 15kg 감량하면서 몇주동안 정체기라서 답답해하던 중이었는데 적응기라고 부르는 것 만으로 기분이 확 풀리네요.

      저도2달간 22kg빼고 그후로 요요감안해서 유지기간 2주 잡고 1일1식(먹고싶은거 양것 배터지게. 치킨 피자 떡볶이 등등 칼로리 신경쓰지않고) 그다음날도 1일1식(단! 바나나. 토마토. 닭가슴살 ) 이런식으로 반복중인데 2주하니 살이더빠지더라구요
      여기서 꼭 하루 1시간이상 걷거나 뛰기 필수!

    작년에 2kg 빠지고 올해에 3kg 빠졌어요. 운동을 꾸준히 하니 근력도 올라가고 몸매 라인이 정리 되었어요. 지금은 유지기인듯요. 코로나때 찐 몸무게 드디어 다 뺐어요

    설명 너무 잘 하세요^^다이어트 두달째인데 -4키로 빠졌어요.현재49유지중..정말 통증이 다 없어지고 목에 걸린 담이 1년동안 저를 괴롭게 했었는데 이젠 목과 어깨가 너무 가벼워요 ㅎ 무엇보다 20년동안 겪어온 생리통이 사라진게 제일 신기해요 ㅋㅋㅋ다만 가끔 이명이 있어서 그럴 땐 더 잘 먹으면 괜찮더라구요! 선생님 말씀처럼 포기하지 않고 꾸준히 해볼게요!!빵이 너무 먹고 싶지만 ㅠㅠ 화이팅❤

    애사비 구매해서 먹고 있는데 예전에 먹었던 것보다 목넘김이 부드럽고 냄새도 좀 덜 한 것 같아요
    예전에 소분해서 들고 다녔을 때 주변 사람들이 괴로워해서 가지고 다니면서 먹는거 포기했거든요
    맛은 호불호가 좀 있는거 같아요 저는 괜찮은데 동생은 인위적으로 단맛이 난다네요 효과는 매우 좋다고 합니다 근데 치아 부식에 대한 부분도 다른 애사비보다 나을까요???

    저는 5월 10일부터 지금까지 94.4->83.3 인데
    진짜 요즘 정체기 때매 너무 스트레스 였는데
    딱 계산 해보니까 딱 원래 몸무게 에서 10% 빠졌네요…
    ㅠㅠㅠ 느슨해지지 않고 더 열심히 해보겠습니다..!!

    5:40공감해요! 26사이즈 청바지 사놓고 종아리 까지만 들어갔었는데, 몇달뒤 허벅지까지 올라가고 몇달뒤 다 입어지긴했지만 지퍼만 겨우올리고 단추가 안잠기고 몇달뒤 단추까지 다 잠그고도 윗옷을 바지속에 넣어입고도 여유있게 맞았을때 넘 행복했어요!

    솔직히....6개월동안 지금 20k빼서 60k대 유지중이지만 몸이 가벼워졌다 이런거 1도 못느낌. 그렇다고 몸이 무겁냐 이것도 아니고 그냥..그냥 똑같혀ㅠ...몸이가벼워져서 좋다는 사람들은 너무 행복하겠다.

      수영이나 아쿠아로빅을 하십시오. 아쿠아로빅이 무릎수술한 환우들의 재활치료운동 중 하나인건 아시지요 ? 걷기나 등산.댄스 등은 좋지않습니다. 자전거운동도 좋습니다. 약해진 연골판대신 무릎.발목 "근육"이 발달해 연골기능을 대체해 주거든요. 하지만, 이역시 좀 강한 운동이라.....물 속에서 부드럽게 근육을 풀어주는 수영과 아쿠아로빅보다는 못합니다.

    갑상선기능 저하증으로 고생하고 있습니다. 헬스를 꾸준히 해서 근육량이 29임에도 . 다이어트 식단을 9개월째 함에도. 체지방은 잘 안빠지고 항상 붓는게 힘든데.. 흔히 한약에 쓰는 마황은 저하증 약인 신지로이드와 충돌해서 추천을 안하시더라구요(동네 한의원에선) 저하증은 다이어트를 어떻게 해야하는지, 그런환자분을 치료하신 경험이 있으신지 궁금합니다
