    교대 근무를 하다보니 밤에 못잘때가 있어서 야간근무 당일날 낮에 좀 자고 퇴근하고 다음날 낮에 좀 자고 그랬는데 기본 2,3시간은 잤던거 같아요. 이게 숙면에는 안 좋은 영향을 끼치고 있었네요. 낮잠 잘때는 30분 알람 맞추고 자야겠어요. 오늘도 좋은 정보 감사합니다!~

    새벽에 맨날 깼는데 저녁에 수영 갔다오니까 푹자게됨 어제 귀찮아서 수영 안갔다와서 오늘 제대로 못잠 ㅜㅜ

    다른거 다 필요 없어요.
    하루에 15분씩 일광욕을 해보세요.누우면 잠들고 아픈곳이 사라집니다.
    얼굴이 햇빛에 타는게 걱정이라면 얼굴과 팔은 가리고 배와 다리만 쬐어 보세요.
