Hi guys. I watched Mr. Mobile interview two Apple execs, and like Alex said, their excuses for iPhone features not being ready for prime time, were just silly. It was an awkward thing to watch. I imagine Steve Jobs would have been livid about the lack of innovation presented in this last Apple keynote. Curiosity question: why does Alex not wear headphones, like David and Daniel? This episode was heavy about YT content creation, sponsor headaches, etc. I enjoy this because honestly, I don't think most viewers (like me) realize how much work it is to run a YT channel. Another good one in the books, gents. Thank you.
That is a mystery to me too! The way the podcast runs I love talking about the business side of the channels as well. I'm so glad you enjoyed it too (David)
You make it sound like it’s only Apple that isn’t innovating anymore. It isn’t just Apple the whole industry is stagnant right now. Let’s not act like that. Steve Jobs would suddenly wave magic wand and everything will be better. That may not necessarily be the case.
I can’t help but wonder, if this was an iPhone 15 pro S, would I be happy with the upgrades? Apple used to do the S every other year and people just accepted that it would be slightly better with maybe one new feature and everyone was generally happy with that. I think now that they have dropped that naming, we expect more. On top of that, I think they have hyped AI so much at WWDC, that also led to higher expectations and now we all can’t help but feel let down this cycle. Great chat guys; thanks!

Apple juice user here😝. I feel, that based on other cellphone manufacturers Android, may be 10 years ahead of Apple “specifically” with all foldable phones technology. Lastly, I wonder if AI Alexa would still be having Siri for breakfast 😅 after IOS 18 released. Poor Siri….
@@minussixteenpodcast1841 ….Hey Alex, good to see you here. Yeah I agree. It’s very annoying using Siri, even for simple questions, Siri would say “Here’s what I found” 🤦🏻♂️🤣. Feels easier and faster to do an online search, if I’m honest. But whenever or most of the times I use Alexa for same or similar tasks, I feel is just years more advanced. I’m kinda in no desperate hope for upcoming IOS aka “Siri”, but just see how it rolls out as usual for its yearly release unmet expectations. 😵💫. But one can always hope right!
The reason why the storage on your phones is not filled up is because it’s not your main phone.. let’s just be real.. that’s not a dig. It’s just reality.
I’m gonna be honest while I’m looking forward to the 16 pro Max I find myself questioning did I make the right decision with the fact that the marquee feature which is Apple ? Intelligence is not even going to be ready which is very strange, but I feel that Apple intelligence in general is more of a reactionary move from Apple but historically Apple have never been 1st to bring in features but I don’t know what it is but I just feel that I’m like a beta tester for Apple Intelligence with my 16 pro Max, I remember in your last video, David, when you said that Apple perhaps had to please the shareholders by bringing it out an iPhone this year even if it meant that Apple Intelligence wasn’t gonna be ready on time I know we have had a lot of the stuff they spoke about regarding Apple test before, but I think it’s probably for those that maybe didn’t watch WWDC back in Junebut overall I do think the Apple event was flat and they should’ve done more. I really wish they would bring the live shows back.
