    I am one of those that never experienced Apple under Steve that you mentioned. Honestly hearing that Tim is just a few years from leaving Apple sounds scary? It feels weird having Apple without him since this is the Apple I grew up with. Apple without Tim doesn’t feel like Apple. I guess this is what it was like for everyone else when Steve Jobs died, probably even stronger… But like Tim did after Steve, lets hope the next CEO proves to be as great as the two before him

    • @nuberodesign
      @nuberodesign ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’m very sorry for you. Apple under Cook is not Apple at all but just a husk. You should have been there when Jobs dropped the “i” from “iCEO”. The shivers we got back then were quite something. I can only imagine feeling joy for that company in that sense once more when Tim drops the “CEO” from *his* title…

    This video deserves at least a few tens of millions of views. I enjoyed watching it. Also, I was born a few months before Tim Cook joined Apple, so I do not know much about the man. I mean, I was still in school while the man was spearheading Apple into global dominance. Still, it would be best if you gave flowers where they're due. And he deserves his flowers. Some roles you choose, but some choose you. Tim was chosen for this very reason and Steve trusted his decision and now the world gives its stamp of approval. Apple forced other tech titans to shape up or risk getting shipped out. They introduced customer-centric services, and products and introduced them in a manner that was beautiful to look at, "easy to use", and also the products came with "some sort of status". In some instances, the difference between you and your competitor is how you make your users feel, and Apple's users arguably feel superior to their counterparts.

    Never expected something like this to come from you Jon, especially after those leaks and so many things that got you blocked by the leaders at Apple on Twitter. Honestly, very well done. Being an Apple fan, this documentary has been a walk down memory lane. I have admired Tim Cook for more than a decade now since he took the seat of CEO and I am one lucky person who has got a chance to meet and greet him as well as received responses twice on email from him. He has done phenomenal work and the legacy he has built is just amazing. Great tribute to his work through this one. Keep it up!
