Nice video. Personally trained both for half of my life (15+ years). One thing every Muay Thai kru was teaching is to never start a combination with a kick (for competition of course). Because it is too easy to read. Unless you are Sanechai, who's style is sooo sooo different from any other muay thai fighter.

No martial art will ever be as good at punching in boxing. Most martial arts don’t ever have a percentage of what boxing does in guarding, head movement, foot work as boxing does.
Because when you add all the movement in boxing like ducking and rolling you will just get kneed or kicked in the face. That’s why they don’t do it in Muay Thai
You don't fight , you run , you shouldn't engage on a fight , if there is no more options , keep your distance and use your range as an advantage , since you are throwing kicks you want to be on the defensive and not in the offensive
