Wow basically all these drills are “functional movement flow mobility coordination balance” etc.... cant replicate this stuff eith modern workouts!! Amazing
Some of these names are not accurate, but are instead modified or entirely wrong since I am not the most knowledgeable with the classification of throws. 25:33 Juji Gatame Practice from multiple angles 41:02 Throws with Uke Moving Forward 42:41 Throws with Uke Moving Backward 44:05 Reverse Kosoto Gake 45:02 Quick Step Osoto Gari 45:26 Kouchi Kick 45:59 Throws with Uke Moving Sideways 46:50 Ippon Seoi Nage moving sideways (with Uke) 48:09 Sideways Tai Otoshi 48:33 Eri/One Step Uchi Mata moving sideways 48:54 Tomoe Nage moving sideways 49:50 Throws moving against Uke's Circling 53:25 Forcing Uke to Circle --> Forward throw 54:39 Spin Reaction --> Unorthodox Circling Uchi Mata 57:58 Force Spin --> Spinning Ashi Guruma
It great motivation, but we have only 5 minutes to complete to finish a class, but do not give me wrong those exercises are good for seminar, and great quality ,thank you!
I always thought BJJ was a more maybe not superior but more technique emphasized defense style than Judo but I guess in that sense it is superior for that reason
5:40 how will this make me better at grappling? This is the main issue I have with most martial arts. There's so much garbage built-in that is there due to inertia and legacy that is a complete waste of time. Even boxing, arguably the most effective martial art of all time, is guilty of this. A speedbag makes zero sense... and so does half the training in boxing... which is basically "how to throw a punch"... when in reality what makes you an good boxer is footwork, not how good you throw the punches.
Cardio, stamina, functional strength, conditioning There’s a lot more to fighting than just knowing technique and throwing a punch. You need to be in top shape or you won’t make it to the end of the fight or won’t have any power.
does a pretty awesome drills I take Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and at the school I take it that they leave out most of those drills only the shrimping so far have I seen and that sideways crawling thing on your back whenever that's called
@@burungelang5062 because it exposes their shit , see BJJ guys are invented the wheel, they're only mistake...they copied judo...everything bjj is for guys who can't hack being thrown.
For anyone that does not see the value in Judo I say: one day you'll come around!

Most of these are warm up exercises not techniques. They can be very valuable but the title to the vid is misleading.
Step one clean the mats by dragging yourself on it.
