She has exceptional strength in her legs. Neither in snatch not in cleans she can be seen deep squatting to get under the bar. She is not even half way down. The force generated from her legs is so powerful that she don't have to squat deep to catch the bar. She is one exceptional athlete in terms of strength.
What does she use in the warm up that wraps around her hand and does shoulder dislocations. I'd get some just to work on my posture/shoulders throughout the day and leave em on my hand. I'm not an Olympic lifter, hoping to do strongman soon.
