I understand why both Giulias for Team Italy are the most sought-after female lifters but Lucrezia in my opinion seems to be a lot more technically sound. Her fundamentals just seem to be much better. Please do one on her soon!!!!

For sure, Lucrezia moves way better than those 2. The only reason she doesn’t get as much media coverage as them is because she’s “not as pretty”. It’s honestly annoying seeing how much people simp after both Giulia’s. What about the other bad ass female weightlifters out there? 🤔🙄

Just a correction, for the sake of viewers that do not speak/understand italian: when she was speaking about her problem/injury to the right hip, whenshe said "nello slancio ho raggiunto il culmine del mio dolore", the english text traslated "slancio" with "snatch", but "slancio" is the "cl&jerk" (snatch=strappo, in italian). 👍

You are probably American with an incomplete misunderstanding that the American culture is the most advanced whereas it is actually the worst in terms of it's pathetic view of sexuality. You need to let go somewhat and stop judging other cultures and investigate the weaknesses in your own. I have lived many countries and speak all the languages and learned their cultures. If you can be more flexible and learn to accept other cultures, your mind will be broadened to see the cracks in your own philosophies.

It's nice to find a channel that covers the strength sport but' GOD DAMN why ruin the video by following the band wagon of others using the Multi Color glitching? Simple Question . Ladies if you want to get legs and glutes that can turn heads, get into weightlifting. You are using your lower body for basically everything, both lifts start off from pulling off the floor and an buttload of front/back squats. Even the men in this sport have dumpys too
