Hi Tony can I ask mate I had to strip the brake reservoirs off my ra gp200 as I was having the full scooter repainted and also undone the pipes at the bottom of the calipers(now having to get new crush gaskets' going to replace all of them) we tried topping up the brake fluid and bleeding it for around 40 minutes with no joy were getting bits of fluid through but still no resistance on the levers do you think this maybe a crush gasket letting air in? Or something else? Thanks kevin
@@TonysGarage_UK I've not yet I will try that though brilliant thankyou I'm also going to change the crush washers on the calipers incase it's those aswell
@@TonysGarage_UK hi Tony we did it the rear is still a tiny bit spongey will test it tonight again' we had to put plumbers tape round the bleed nipples on both calipers as it seemed to be drawing in air on them both. Once we did that it started to work then 🙂

I would say bleed at the brake reservoir.. It's tricky to do, but sounds like you have air there.
And have you tried the reverse flow method?
