Also, one note at 04:23, G-SYNC actually increases input delay. For me, I only recommend enabling G-SYNC if you can't get above your native refresh rate.

With the "Power management mode" setting, I used to use "Prefer maximum performance" all the time. But more and more, my PC has gotten worse over the years, and it was crashing a lot. I turned the "Power management mode" setting back to the default "Optimal power" and it stopped crashing somehow. I'm curious, you see any added benefit to having low latency mode on in more modern games that have Reflex? Reflex also reduces the rendering queue, and is supposed to be the successor to LLM (and override it in use), yet I feel my game still feels slightly different with LLM + reflex on compared to just Reflex. Wondering if you have any non-anecdotal testing you've done on the combo though, cheers.
LLM is driver-level, Reflex is engine-level. Reflex overwrites LLM if turned on (assuming there isn't a driver/game glitch occurring), also keep note LLM doesn't work in DX12 or Vulkan. And in case you are using NULL (Ultra Low Latency) it WILL affect reflex due to how it works. If your gpu isnt at 95% usage or higher (gpu bound state) in your game, NULL will actually increase the latency. If you're using Reflex, just disable LLM completely. Id just set it manually for each program that you require it.

My Corsair Keyboard and Mouse both refresh at 8000hz. At the desktop just moving the mouse around puts a 25-26% load on my 13900k. In game I don't get fps drops like that though. First thing I can think of is your CPU might not be strong enough. If it is 10th gen Intel or 5000 series AMD you should be fine. 2nd is RAM, it can have a huge effect on FPS stability, increase, decrease, lows, and highs. I have tested many sets of RAM with various results on benchmarks. I currently use 2x32gb Skywalker plus 4266mlz CL19, stock XMP. If you are on an SSD drive you should be fine also. Next is background apps, I have every app disabled that I can disable in APPs from running in the background. Only Corsair ICUE and Steel Series Sonar run in the background. I also disabled Prefech in RegEdit, and also disabled Superfetch. Try different USB ports to. I have all my devices on USB ports that work the best for my mouse, keyboard, controller, mic, headphones, and 4K Blu-ray burner. Hey codelife. So I have a gsync monitor that’s 280hz and a really good pc. When I enable gsync, it will work, but I have really bad fps drops with it on, and my monitors refresh rate fluctuates a lot. I can’t cap my fps to my monitors refresh rate when using gsync, or else there is screen tearing. I’ve tried using a -3 fps below the refresh rate on both 240 and 280hz and a 280hz refresh rate with a 240fps fps cap in Fortnite. Any feedback on what might be an issue or a setting I need to fix?
I need help! I have an alienware x17 R1 and i’m getting like 19-23 FPS on red dead redemption 2… I also get low FPS on other games. Please help there must be an issue this laptop is an RTX 3070?!?

Will my laptop’s gpu and cpu be harmed if i use high performance nvidia processor when my cpu and gpu was undervolt and underclocked for a long period of time?
Bro i have a 3080 and im getting extremely bad fps drops im talkking about 90 fps, and even the potato graphics dont stop the stuttering idk what to do
sounds like a power supply problem go for a check up or buy a new one also check the temp for that GPU if you get 80-90 C then thats bad try to set up a cooling sistem to have at least 60-70 C
low latency mode for me is so out of date form nvidia as it makes latency worse and makes your framerate drop quite a bit which is why i do not use it adn instead if at any chance im given in a game ill use amd's version of it for way higher framerate but also very low latency

Btw I also get screen tearing with gsync off.
@@stixygames do you have any sync type settings on your monitor? like freesync?
@@skittles.abuser yes, as I said, I have gsync enabled. Read my thing again.
you need to enable vertical synchronization in the driver, and in games on the contrary disable it
@@bulcozavr9348 I’ve tried vsync before and didn’t like it and I’ve just decided to get used to screen tearing. I have.
NvidiA app has ai and much more in it , when I kept messing with experimental modes
so basically keep pretty much everything on default right :P

I need help! I have an alienware x17 R1 and i’m getting like 19-23 FPS on red dead redemption 2… I also get low FPS on other games. Please help there must be an issue this laptop is an RTX 3070?!?
hey Codelife I would like to connect with you regarding my 4090 asus rog strix LC that has an issue with 1% lows. I currently have the 7950x3D. Additionally,
I have overkill thermal solutions as well so no problems with temps leading to issues. Any ideas brother?
gsync gives you latency?
Will my laptop’s gpu and cpu be harmed if i use high performance nvidia processor when my cpu and gpu was undervolt and underclocked for a long period of time?
no
What about quality ☠️☠️ you counted all three expect one more
Tip 1 Buy best gaming gpu
Tip 2 switch everything off
Enjoy your expirience
This is not a guide for a gamer nor for a performance upgrade. This is "How to make your settings so a potato pc will run some games better" guide.
"It looks be'AAAH"
Thanks a lot, but for game emulator like bluestacks x how can i use nvidia inspector for the games on it
this person is not a computer repair man go ask a real profesional
bro just showed us the default settings
i did all these settings and my computer was great at first, around 250 fps then after like an hour it dropped down to about 40 and is stuck at it
just restore it

Just save the time and play on a gtx 270 if you want your game to look like this.
Dude you are dead wrong in dsr , it improves performance of DLSS AND MAKES UPSCALED IMAGE IN DLSS LOOK BETTER WITH MORE PERFORMANCE, MAN Atleast TRY THESE SETTING FIRST, THEN YAP ABOUT IT
You forgot the Hidden Uber setting that make fps go from 60 fps to 3456 Fps.... what a load of crap !
4:07 @codelife can u tell me why I only have "Off" and "Ultra"?? I can't just have it on "On" because there's no option pls help
