    Waaaay too expensive. Cheaped out on many finishings such as fiberglass tub/showers, no ceiling fans, carpet in bedrooms, sinks and faucets, and no amenities. There is no mention of maintenance fees. No small yard. Hard pass!

    Lol those are seriously overpriced. A condo in the desert should be 120 150 Thousand. The asking prices are outrageous. This isn’t San Jose California bruh! Water running low, no thanks.

      I hear you. Being born and raised here in Las Vegas. It’s quite shocking to see some prices these days. However. Those are the prices and they are getting it. Do a Zillow search for anything $120-$130k here in Vegas. Tell me what you see. Believe me. It’s not pretty.

      I’m happy to entertain. Now there are some areas in Cali where you can’t touch a property like this for less than a million. This same model can be bought for $100k less in a different part of Las Vegas. You know what they say. Location, location, location!

      @@chancevanek san diego...."at the time" is a key word....of course all sellers and developers try to hold on to their inventory hoping that this is a short, temporary threat: it is not!....first wave will hit in 2-3 months...then it's really downhill....sadly so...

    We bought this. The Brooklyn model. Then backed out. 426k Not worth it. It’s worth about 310k because it is gorgeous and the upgrades are better there than their Henderson location.

      Thank you for the feedback. I have a client who owns a couple of condos as rentals here in the west Summerlin area. And he’s very happy with the pricing. He gets a satisfactory return on his investment as a rental.

      @@chancevanek fantastic. They charged us 4k a month for it. The interest was outrageous and that was with 40k down. HOA prices increased by the time we started the 30 day close. And this includes the master plan fees, SIDS, lids and taxes. These townhomes are gorgeous though. And the area is worth a bit more than henderson. But we couldn’t rent it for near what our mortgage would be. Have to pay taxes at some point regardless of it’s jumbled in one loan or not . I’m glad your clients got their money worth

      @@jamin6517 I see. A lot of people are thinking the same thing. No one knows if that drop will happen. However. My team and I have a list of builders standing inventory that they are trying to unload ASAP. They want them off their books for the first quarter.       As of today they are 2 quick live in options. One in Henderson one in North Las Vegas. Both have been upgraded already. One prices at $379k one at $341k. They do have base units available that have not been upgraded. Starting at low $300’s. Give me a call. If you are considering Resale homes. I know some nice ones under 300 just outside of Summerlin.
