@@christiantroy90210 My preference for fit has changed over the years. I liked it a bit roomy before but I prefer a more fitted classic denim jack fit now. Wow, I made that video about 4 years ago. Thanks for watching after all these years!
I have boughten a premium jacket and one from the signature line. There absolutely is a difference especially if you take care of your jackets. My premium jacket is nearly 4-5 years old and I still get compliments it's crazy tbh and the quality still feels nice and it looks better the more I wear it over time. This is my experience & the premium jackets often go on sale
If these mass produced denim jackets were first designed for workers, why don't they cost 15-20 dollars instead of the extortionate 40-108 dollars? If you want to test them give them to a couple of construction workers to wear for a year and see how they last. Back in the 1970s we could buy Levi and Wrangler jeans for a fraction of the 'fashionista' prices demanded today. As it stands I can buy imported denim jeans for less than ten dollars at the supermarket which have all the loose fitting, baggy, street, worker qualities that the pop stars are trying to emulate with their 200 dollar Levis. I can also wear them to work, under the car, gardening, hill climbing etc. without worrying about "wrocking moi desoigner Levoise". Levi is for idiot fashion victims!
I never knows that Levi's offers two lines of production and wondered why Costco can sell Denim jack so cheap compared to Levi's store. I just bought a Levi's denim jacket at a local Levi's store for $108 because it fits me well, so I just checked it and glad to learn it's the premium line. So all in all, money won't lie.
See for me i think the normal is better than the premium but i still do have the premium jackets and jeans because they look better if im going out so thats that for normal occasions id wear the normal levis which cost like 30 to 40 dollars
Levi Strauss Signature Gold Label outlasts the Premium in my experience. The regular Signature stuff you get from Wal-Mart is pretty much garbage, but the Gold Label is damn near Premium quality.
Am 70 now and had levis since i was 14 never had all these different types just away of ripping peaple of now your 501s would stand up in the corner after you washed them and a week to get the dye of your legs that was real 501s
By simply looking at the craftsmanship of the stitching and buttonholes, one can already see a noticeable difference between the two. Furthermore, the fabric on the pocket cover and the fit of the garments, as seen in the pictures, also show variations between the two. The attention to detail in the waist area of the Type III denim jackets, as well as the soul of denim products - the DYEING , have also been overlooked. From a fashion perspective, ain't mention has been made of the garment's cut, dyeing techniques, or adherence to trends. the conclusion surprisingly favors Levi's red label. so lack of knowledge about fashion items. I suggest conducting more extensive research.
I found the signature feel softer and premium feel cheap. I also have original Levi and Silvertab in green. My patch is black leather on the signature though. I got them for same price though I dont know which worth more.

Neither of them comes anywhere near close to the earlier Made in USA ,or even some made elsewhere in the world , (both LVC and non LVC), and in particular those Made in Japan which are as good ,if not better both finish quality and material wise as the early originals. Lets face it both of these two jackets are real shit in comparison !
I had a premium 511 ,compared to regular, it was better and long-lasting. Anyway in Europe Levi's, labeled as premium brand ,both versions costs over 100 euros . The same for Lee , although the European versions of that brand are more elegant
I had a Lee denim jacket but the fit on the arm was way too tight. Lee is not too expensive here in the states. Crazy that it cost so much over at Europe.
Do you think Levi's premium is worth the extra money? 😮

Premium looks so good but why when you made a video about a black jacket did you choose size M?
size S looks perfect

Premium for the win. And, honestly, if you shop around you can find them on sale for roughly the same price as full-price Signatures.

My age 72yr as a youth i always preferred wrangler jackets and jeans and so did most of my friends
Man i love this channel, so many details very good comparaison, thought i was the only one to weight my clothes to be sure of its quality lol
Weight plays a big factor for sure. Glad you liked the video 🙂
Great video with all the details!!
Love this content brother, keep it up!
I have several of the premium and cheap levis jackets, theyre all pretty good.
Yea for the price, signature is not too bad. Thanks for watching!
Hopefully next you will review the sherpa jacket of Levis specially the difference between the regular and the premium jacket.
Which color did you get for the Premium jacket?
Great video as always
appreciate it man
We all make mistakes
Still have my levis trucker since 2020😅, not letting go of it for sure.

Tried both, kept the signature, bought 2. Built heavier isn't always better and I like a non fitted look in my jackets.
hows your signature denim jacket holding up so far?
a button is missing and theres a hole in it😂
Awesome video
glad you liked it 🙂

Yes, without a doubt.
As a new Levi’s jeans owner, I think the quality is great. I can only imagine what it was like many years ago.

I just got a signature Sherpa because the premium ones only had snaps
Could you please comment about between Levi’s trucker jacket $89(not signature one) vs Levi’s premium trucker $108?
I was confused because I thought the regular was the signature. I just bought a regular mid wash colusa blue from Levi’s for $50 on sale 💪
I only buy Levi’s Premium clothing. It feels better, looks better, and last longer than the signature line.

Just picked up a Levi's Premium small regular and length is 24 inches not 23. Would've preferred 23 like yours 🦀though mine's not made in bangladesh
is made in bangladesh better or worse?
As of 2024 i can confirm that the red tag is back on the premium jackets
What if it just says Strauss and Co and doesn't say signature or premium? Is that like a mid tier thing? Lol

Levi's quality has gone down over the years. Even their premium line is not worth it. Wrangler denim is better
Thank u so much for the advise..Now i will definietly fo for wrangler
I feel like wrangler stuff fits me better too. Levis is always too narrow and skinny for my butt and thighs. Wrangler knows what's up lol.
@@nepalikaraoke25don't ever go for Wrangler bruh
It is more pathetic quality
Ya wrangler denim blows levi's out of the water, now levi's is more about fashion instead of function. Wrangler denim is made to last
Why do you think that is?..the type of workers(blue collar?) that buy them?
Signature are crap premium well made and crafted spot on
levis denim is very bad quality
Signature levis are crap 😅😅
Levi's signature seems like a knockoff. If you cant afford regular Levi's then dont get them at all
