प्रेरणा, यह आपने बहुत अच्छा वीडियो बनाया है और इसमे आपने बी12 के बारे में जो सटीक जानकारी दी है वह किसी और वीडियो में मैंने कभी नहीं देखी। और सबसे अच्छी बात यह है कि जानवरों के प्रोडक्ट्स चाहे सबसे दूध भी है ज्यादा प्रमोट नहीं किया है। वैसे भी जानवरों के दूध पर उनके बच्चों का हक होता है ना कि हम इंसानों का। इसके लिए उन पर बहुत अत्याचार किया जाता है जो कि पहले हमें पता ही नहीं था ऐसे हेल्थ बनाने का क्या फायदा है जो हम किसी का हक छीन कर बनाए। तभी आज के समय में सब चीज खाते हुए भी इंसान बीमार है, अस्पतालों के चक्कर लगा रहा है।

Good you brought this up. The reason I stopped all packs and henna etc because I realised that have deficient of vital vitamins. One has to take medicine besides dietary changes initially for sure . In winters one get lot of B12 containing vegetables.

Recently I became a vegan from a hard core non vegetarian, after learning about how all the farm animals are abused in the industry. I didn’t know that for milk production, the cows are kept pregnant throughout their lives and the male calves are killed on the very day they are born.

Prerna, ji pranam, nicely explained abt B12 defficiency & veg foods, I had faced it, so sharing my experience one more fermented food item is Curd & rice mixture, as it is little bit cold now, a days so mix rice & curd at night leave it out side & eat in the morning, or wise versa, but in summer keep the mix in fridge for abt 8-10 hrs, if want to mix salt us Lahori, rock salt , Sendha namak not ordinary iodized one, thanks for ur vdo, I recovered my B12 deficiency with sprouts & curd rice within 6 months from 240 to 600 ,
