बी12 गाजर , बीट, सोयाबीन से भी मिलता है, नॉन-वेग से लिया हुआ Vitamin D & बी12 ज्यादा नहीं टिकते सरीर मे क्यूकी उसमे URic Acid होता है
wrong its not found in soyabean and uric acid is mostly a clearance issue, a kidney issue but animal protien is any which ways injuries to health .
