Just wanted to ask - do you have any simple recipes for a breakfast casserole that I can make for my doctor's group? Something delicious and easy to prepare - possibly the night before and just put in the oven the next morning - my appointments are usually in the morning, so that's why breakfast. Thank you Nancy and Franca. Love you guys.
@@lovewhatueat Yes, I found a few and have made them for the office. They were a big hit! I made a hash brown, sausage, egg and cheese casserole which everyone loved - made pound cake one month, then French apple cake the next month (huge hit), then the African cinnamon bread (another hit), plus too many to mention. This is almost 3 years now with my eye doctor and so I've made lots of stuff for them and my son-in-law gets so aggrevated because I never get a thank you or anything. But, I finally got a card from the girls and Dr. Rothbaum to thank me for ALL the wonderful things I've made for them and said that I spoil them! So, that made me very happy and proved my son-in-law wrong. I do these things from my heart not that I want anything in return - that's what I keep telling him. I enjoy doing it and it make me very, very happy when they enjoy what I bring to them. Ha Ha Ha Ha Sorry for the long story. You have a wonderful Sunday, as well. Love you guys - my dear, sweet Ladies!!
