Fresh Apricot Bars 😋 | Fresh apricots are best

Apricot season is past but luckily I froze some fruit from the San Miguel Community Garden and am using these for today's video. Because they are soft when thawed, I am skipping the cooking process. I just put the apricots in the food processor, add sugar and grind to a paste. You can also use drained canned apricots and cut down on the sugar since the fruit is already sweetened. If using dried apricots, cook till soft, add sugar and process. The bars are delicious and delicate and everyone will enjoy them.
